As an Director of MICE, we rely on you to:
作為一名會(huì)務(wù)銷售總監(jiān)，你的主要工作職責(zé)為：
1.?Foresight ability to direct Mice?Sales efforts according to market demand and want.
2. Generates new business opportunities;
3.?Liaises with clients on finalizing details and give professional advice on set up and planning of events；
4. Discuss and formulate the sales plan with the director of?sales & marketing,and lead the team to achieve the sales targets;
5. Takes responsibility for the teams sales performance;
1、根據(jù)市場(chǎng)需求，對(duì)銷售具有前瞻性的指導(dǎo)力；
2、創(chuàng)造更多的生意機(jī)會(huì)；
3、聯(lián)絡(luò)客戶達(dá)成宴會(huì)的具體細(xì)節(jié)，給予專業(yè)的建議，提出宴會(huì)的計(jì)劃部署；
4、與市場(chǎng)銷售總監(jiān)商討并指定銷售計(jì)劃，帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售目標(biāo)；
5、對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)銷售業(yè)績(jī)負(fù)責(zé)。

3. Familiar with local market;
4. Strong selling skills and techniques;
5. Strong communication and leadership skills;

7. Communicates and writes with fluency in English as well as the local language;
