As an Director of MICE, we rely on you to:
作為一名會務銷售總監，你的主要工作職責為：
1.?Foresight ability to direct Mice?Sales efforts according to market demand and want.
2. Generates new business opportunities;
3.?Liaises with clients on finalizing details and give professional advice on set up and planning of events；
4. Discuss and formulate the sales plan with the director of?sales & marketing,and lead the team to achieve the sales targets;
5. Takes responsibility for the teams sales performance;
1、根據市場需求，對銷售具有前瞻性的指導力；
2、創造更多的生意機會；
3、聯絡客戶達成宴會的具體細節，給予專業的建議，提出宴會的計劃部署；
4、與市場銷售總監商討并指定銷售計劃，帶領團隊實現銷售目標；
5、對團隊銷售業績負責。

7. Communicates and writes with fluency in English as well as the local language;
