As a Front Desk Supervisor, we rely on you to
作為一名前臺(tái)主管，你的主要工作職責(zé)為：
1.Provide highstandard service in accordance withdepartment standards and procedures.
2.Communicateto his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevantinformation.
3.Supervise the cashiering system
4.Takeappropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
5.Registers and rooms all arrivals according to established procedures.
6.Supervise front office operations
1.按照部門的規(guī)范和程序提供高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的服務(wù)。
2.與上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交流有關(guān)疑難，客人意見和其它相關(guān)信息。
3.對(duì)收銀系統(tǒng)實(shí)施監(jiān)管。
4.正確處理客人的投訴。
5.按照既定工作程序?yàn)樗衼砜偷怯洸才欧块g。
6.監(jiān)督前廳部運(yùn)營情況
