As a Stewarding Manager, we rely on you to
作為一位管事部經理，你的主要工作職責為：
1.???To coach and maximise the performance of the team.
2.???Manages all functions of the Stewarding operation to achieve the optimum
quality level of sanitation.
3.???Responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service
areas, effectively manage the items in the kitchen.
4.???Support the F&B from a planning and organising perspective.
1、 指導并使團隊的表現更好；
2、 管理管事部的各項職責，使部門成本控制良好；
3、 負責維護整個食品服務區的衛生狀況且做好廚房物品的管控；
4、 從計劃和組織的角度支持餐飲部；
We are looking for someone who:
我們正在尋找一位具備以下條件的候選人：
1.? ? Be familiar with the brands, origins, characteristics, and prices of various tableware and utensils, and understand how to classify and properly store them.
2.? ? Be familiar with the usage methods of various detergents and cleaning agents, know how to operate commonly used dishwashing equipment, and understand their maintenance and repair procedures.
3.???Have at least 5 years’experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5’ hotel environment.
4.???A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
5.???Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
1、熟悉各種餐具用具的牌號、產地、特性及價格，懂得餐具用具的分類和保管方法；
2、熟悉各種洗滌劑和清潔劑的使用方法，熟悉常用的餐具洗滌設備及其操作方法，了解它們的維修保養方法；
3、5年以上豪華餐廳或五星級酒店工作的經驗；
4、是一個友好，樂于助人和值得信賴的領導；
5、在任何時候都秉持專業的價值觀、道德和誠信
