As a Executive Club Supervisor/Captain, we relyon you to
作為一名行政酒廊主管/領班，你的主要工作職責為：
1. Provide highstandard service in accordance with department standards andprocedures.
2.Communicate to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and otherrelevant information.
3.Performs check-in/check-out for InterContinental Loyalty membersand Club InterContinental guests.
4. Personally handle guest’s needs and complaints and followthrough accordingly.
5.Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensureInterContinental Ambassador Loyalty.
6.Set up the buffet Breakfast, Happy Hour and inspect the foodquality to ensure all food provided meet the standard.
1.按照部門的規范和程序提供高標準的服務。
2.與上級領導交流有關疑難，客人意見和其它相關信息。
3.為優悅會會員及俱樂部客人辦理入住/離店手續。
4.親自接收并有效及時地為客人處理需求和投訴
5.發展和維持密切的客戶關系以確保對洲際大使的忠誠度。
6.擺放自助餐臺并檢查食品質量，確保所有餐飲出品符合標準。
