As a Guest Service Center Agent, we rely on you to
作為一名賓客服務(wù)中心文員，你的主要工作職責為：
1.Provide highstandard service in accordance with department standards and procedures.
2. Ensures all telephone calls are handled in a polite, efficient manner.
3.To be knowledgeable and promotes/ upsells Rooms, Outlets and other facilities/programmes whenever opportunities arises.
4. Has a thorough understanding of all the services offered by the Hotel.
5. Conduct regular analyses of guests' feedback and propose suggestions for
service improvement.
1.按照部門的規(guī)范和程序提供高標準的服務(wù)。
2.確保以禮貌、高效的方式處理所有來電。
3.確保具有高水平的酒店產(chǎn)品知識，以便在機會出現(xiàn)時，宣傳/銷售客房、餐廳及其它設(shè)施/活動。
4.全面了解酒店提供的所有服務(wù)。
5.定期分析賓客意見，提出服務(wù)改進建議。
