As a Guest Service Manager, we rely on you to
作為一名賓客服務(wù)經(jīng)理,你的主要工作職責(zé)為:
1. Provide highstandard service in accordance with department standards andprocedures.
2. Communicate to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and otherrelevant information.
3. Personally handle guest’s needs and complaints and followthrough accordingly.
4. Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensureInterContinental Ambassador Loyalty.
5. Supports and assists Front Office personnel and all departments at peak periods.
6. Assists Guest Relations in greeting, rooming, and sending off VIP guests.
7.?Fully conversant with all hotel emergency procedures.
1. 按照部門的規(guī)范和程序提供高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的服務(wù)。
2. 與上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交流有關(guān)疑難,客人意見和其它相關(guān)信息。
3. 親自接收并有效及時(shí)地為客人處理需求和投訴
4.?發(fā)展和維持密切的客戶關(guān)系以確保對洲際大使的忠誠度。
5. 在高峰期向前廳部工作人員和其它所有部門提供支持和協(xié)助。
6. 協(xié)助客戶關(guān)系部門迎接貴賓,為其安排房間并在其離店時(shí)送行。
7. 熟知酒店緊急情況所有處理程序。
