1.Provide highstandard service in accordance with department standards and procedures.

2.Communicate to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information.

3. Be responsible for the daily maintenance of hotel guest relations to ensure guest satisfaction.

4.Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.

5. Conduct regular analyses of guests' feedback and propose suggestions for service improvement.
