崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
1.監(jiān)督和分派任務(wù)給行李員、酒店車隊(duì)。
Supervise and delegate duties to Bellman and Transportation.
2.確保客人登記完畢后,迅速把行李送到客人房間。
Ensure all guest baggage is delivered promptly to their rooms after registration.
3.根據(jù)酒店服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)迅速且禮貌的接聽電話。
According brand service standard answer the telephone promptly and courteously.
4.處理客人要求,并親自協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)人員/部門以滿足客人要求。
Handle guest request and take personal responsibility by following up with relevant persons/ departments.
5.全面了解酒店的設(shè)施和經(jīng)營(yíng)時(shí)間。
Have thorough knowledge of hotel facilities and hours of operation.
6.負(fù)責(zé)新員工的在職培訓(xùn)。
Conduct on Job Training of new staff.
7.維護(hù)經(jīng)營(yíng)設(shè)備良好的工作狀態(tài)。
Maintain operating equipment in good working order.
8.確保工作區(qū)域在任何時(shí)間內(nèi)的干凈和整潔。
Keep working areas neat and tidy at all times.
9.建立與其它部門良好的工作關(guān)系
Cultivate good working relationships with other departments.
10.向客人提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)。
Deliver high quality service to guests.
11.遵守酒店的工作政策及程序,遵守硬石的商業(yè)行為規(guī)范以及員工手冊(cè)中的條款。
Abide by the Hotel’s Policies and Procedures, Hard Rock Code of Business Conduct and the hotel’s Associate Handbook.
12.在上級(jí)指導(dǎo)下執(zhí)行其它任務(wù)。
