MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 職責(zé)概要:
1.1 Responsible in achieving individual Catering and Banquet sales objectives and revenue goals within areas of responsibility.

1.2 Finalizing all details relating to catering functions from concept stage until final billing.

1.3 To ensure delivery of the highest standards of service and coordinates all other details with relevant departments.

1.4 Communicating all function details by way of event order, maintaining a follow-up system to ensure repeat clients.

1.5 Handle cashes, petty cashes, checks, bills, long/short cashes legally according to Marriott policy and procedure.
按照酒店萬(wàn)豪政策合規(guī)處理現(xiàn)金、備用金、支票、信用卡、賬單、長(zhǎng)短款等,遵守所有公司政策和程序。
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務(wù):
2.1 Assists the catering sales management in achieving budgeted revenue and costs.
協(xié)助宴銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)完成收預(yù)算及成本預(yù)算
2.2 To enlarge clients base ensuring maximum utilization of banquet rooms according to set parameters.
根據(jù)宴會(huì)廳數(shù)量,加大限度擴(kuò)大客戶群
2.3 To negotiate with clients ensuring that profitability guidelines of the hotel are adhered to ensure guest needs and all requests are met.
與客戶協(xié)商,確保堅(jiān)持酒店效益原則,確保滿足客戶需要
2.4 To work with the catering sales manager in preparing business plan for catering sales.
與宴會(huì)銷售經(jīng)理合作,準(zhǔn)備宴會(huì)銷售計(jì)劃
2.5 Understands hotel operations and respective responsibilities of each department.

2.6 Coordinating function and events.

2.7 Represents the hotel to the guest.

2.16 Meet solicitation and maintenance call requirements; make outside sales calls, handle all incoming inquiries.

2.17 Oversees the thorough and effective logging and maintenance of group “business inquires” (leads) for review at the weekly sales/operations meeting.
