3.管理酒店招聘系統,關注人員的招聘廣告、工作許可、背景調查及其他事務。
4.跟進落實HRD安排的其他事宜。

1.Responsible for the daily management of the Human Resources Department assisting with the implementation and administration of personnel policies and procedures.
2.Assist Department Heads and make recommendations regarding Human Resource issues
3.Manage the recruitment systems within the hotel, paying particular attention to advertising, screening, work permits, reference checks and administration of all new hires.
