崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
1.Responsible for the cleanliness of assigned guest rooms and service areas2.Ensure correct room status at all times
3.Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in work area
4.Respect guest privacy when room is on “Do not disturb” status
5.Assists guests with special needs and requirements
6.Cleans and supplies guest rooms according to standards and procedures
7.Does turndown service when required
8.Report maintenance deficiencies to the Floor Supervisor
9.Report any loss or damage of linen, furniture, fixture or equipment to the Floor Supervisor
1.負(fù)責(zé)所分配的客房和服務(wù)區(qū)域的整潔

4.當(dāng)客房處于“請勿打擾”狀態(tài)時,尊重客人的隱私

6.按照程序和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)打掃和補給客房
7.需要時提供開夜床服務(wù)
8.向客房主管報告養(yǎng)護(hù)的不足
9.向樓層主管匯報任何布草,家具,固定物或裝置的丟失或損害
