This role supports the hotel's S&M efforts, provide
a full range of secretarial support to the DOSM and ADOS and manage the
operation of the Sales & Marketing office.

Communicate information about the hotel and it’s
services and facilities, employees and events in a positive, stylish and
attractive manner in person or in writing.??

Take responsibility for the following tasks:
Brochure requests, stationary stocks/monthly ordering, assistance in
preparation for Sales trips.

Contribute to establishing a climate of
motivation and enthusiasm in the hotel.

Fully understand how the hotel is regarded in
the community and develop a thorough knowledge of the competitive situation in
terms of business mix of competitors, pricing and advertising strategies.
