Key Responsibilities

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

·???????To provide administrative assistance to Directorof Communications and ensure that the hotel is recognized, according to ourpositioning by the local and national press and dining and traveling public.

·???????Communicate information about the hotel and itservices and facilities, employees and events in a positive, stylish andattractive manner in person or in writing.

·???????Assist Director of Communications to create anannual PR plan with monthly actions for the promotion of rooms and restaurantsand bars in conjunction with the Chef and DOSM.

·???????To assist on monitor the social media and e-commence.

·???????To be a central point in the co-ordination ofhotel’s PR activities on a day to day basis.

Work closely with S&M team and R&B teamin creating events for our clients, guests, patrons and team members.
