·???????Under the general direction of the GuestExperience Manager and within the limits of established Swire Hotels and localpolicies and procedures, oversees and directs all aspects of the guestrelations function to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to allguests and with specific responsibility for each guest’s arrival and departureexperience.

·???????To work in a multi-tasking environment and usingcommon sense to ensure all guests receive the best service in Chengdu and enjoytheir experience at The Temple House and at Taikoo Li.

·???????Ensure maximum guest satisfaction throughpersonal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival to departure.

Requirements
