Job Overview

This role supports
the hotel's reservations.
To ensure that customer, guest and supplier
interactions add to the hotel vibe and the hotel is top of mind for
accommodation and dining within the local market. Responds in a professional and courteous manner to voice and electronic inquiries
regarding room reservations and hotel general information by providing accurate
and timely information and service.
