崗位職責/職位描述
同崗位工作經驗優先
1. Work closely with the Reception to ensure correct room status at all times.
與前臺接待密切合作確保任何時間內正確的房態。
2. To receive check-outs from Front Office and communicates these to Floor Supervisor.
從前臺獲得退房信息并迅速告訴樓層主管。
3. To record daily okay rooms.
記錄更新當日所有可用房。
4. Issues, receives, records and controls all Housekeeping phones.
發放,收回,登記和控制所有管家部手機。
5.?To keep record of keys and floor master keys issued to other departments and floors.
記錄分發到各個樓層和其它部門的鑰匙。
6. Handle, record and follow up on loan items and extra supplies to guests. Conduct monthly inventories of on-loan items, phones.
處理,登記和跟蹤借出物品,每月盤點一次出借物品,手機。
7. Record status of daily attendance for all Housekeeping team members.
記錄所有管家部員工出勤的情況。
8. Prepare monthly reports as required. Render assistance to respective Housekeeping sections, Linen/Uniform, Floors, Public Areas, Laundry in preparing their monthly reports and inventories.

9. Review and update the monthly Housekeeping Manning Guide.

10.To send items for repairing to department concerned and inform Floor Supervisor when repaired item is ready for pick up.

11. To record all telephone calls and follow up.

12. To handle and log calls from Floor Supervisors and room attendants for trouble and advises department concerned.

13. To make purchase requests.
填寫采購申請單。

15. To maintain and update room history records.
