?To ensure ongoing day to day air conditioner maintenance as well as preventative maintenance is carried out in an efficient and timely manner according to engineering practices.

KEY RESULT AREAS
主要工作職責(zé)
1.????Conducts routineproperty inspections as directed to determine maintenance requirements orupgrades and improvements to the property and its assets.
進(jìn)行設(shè)備設(shè)施的日常檢查, 決定對(duì)資產(chǎn)的維修需求升級(jí)和提高
2.????Responsible forensuring that all rules and regulations regarding safe working practices arecomplied with
負(fù)責(zé)確保安全操作的規(guī)章制度落到實(shí)處.
3.????Handles specific jobrequests as directed in an efficient and timely manner
用有效和及時(shí)的方式, 有引導(dǎo)地處理具體的工作要求.
4.????Participates inpreventative maintenance programmes as directed
有引導(dǎo)地參與預(yù)防性維護(hù)程序.
5.????Assigns specifictasks and job requests to subordinate staff and supervises their day to dayactivity
委派具體的任務(wù)和工作要求給下屬員工, 并監(jiān)督他們每天的行動(dòng).
6.????Co-ordinates withDepartment Heads regarding specific maintenance activities

7.????Reports any abnormalor extraordinary incidents to the Duty Engineer and asst.Chief Engineer for hisaction and follow up?

8.????Assists in themaintenance of efficient administration preparing and submitting reports ontime as directed
