處理客人投訴，并采取補救措施，以避免重復投訴。
2.???? Must be visible in the lobby during busy periods(check-in/out, high occupancy).
在繁忙時段必須在大堂堅守自己的崗位。（抵離時間，高住房率）。
3.???? Checking the VIP rooms and arrangement to make sureeverything goes well.
檢查VIP客人的房間和安排并保證所有安排妥當.
