崗位職責/職位描述
The Role 崗位職責：
1. Works with the Director of Marketing Communications to ensure optimum image is obtained for all hotel collaterals, advertisement and exposures, etc.
配合市場傳訊總監確保所有酒店運營及宣傳物料、廣告和外宣獲得良好的形象效果；
2. Develops design and artwork according to Capella and Patina Brand standards for all hotel collaterals and advertisement;
根據嘉佩樂酒店及柏典酒店集團標準設計和制作所有酒店運營及宣傳物料和廣告；
3. Coordinates between the hotel and its suppliers to ensure all works are in line with Capella and Patina standard and are completed on time;
協調酒店與供應商的工作，確保所有工作符合嘉佩樂和柏典標準，并按時完成；
4. Carries out other tasks as directed by Director of Marketing Communications;
開展其他由市場傳訊總監指派的任務；
5. Assist professional,in-house, media and travel agent photography and filming, execute in-house shooting as required, ensuring production in line with Capella and Patina brand positioning;
協助處理專業的店內、媒體及旅行社拍攝活動，按需執行店內拍攝，并確保圖片及視頻拍攝、宣傳物料等符合嘉佩樂及柏典品牌定位；
6. Assist the Director of Marketing Communications to execute marketing actitivites;
協助市場傳訊總監執行市場活動；
7. Assist the Director of Marketing Communications to work with local community organizations and charities and maintain the hotel positive image in community;
協助市場傳訊總監，與社區機構和慈善組織合作，維護酒店社區支持者形象；
8. Assist operation departments to keep operational meterials updated.
協助運作部門，確保對客物料及時更新。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求：
Min 5 year working experience at the same position in luxury hospitality industry;
至少5年奢華酒店相同職位的工作經驗；
Knowledge and experience in Internet and e-commerce.
熟悉了解網絡和電子商務。
Ability to use computer graphic, photography, videography, publishing and editing software.
熟練運用電子圖像、照片、攝像、出版和編輯軟件。
Knowledge and experience in Adobe(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
熟悉了解Adobe系列軟件（Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign等等）。
Good calligraphic skill.
出色的書寫技能。
Excellent Chinese and basic written and verbal English.
中文熟練，基本的英文口語和書寫能力。
Good interpersonal & communicative skills.
出色的人際交往和溝通能力。
A neat, clean and well groomed appearance, stands for hotel image.
整體外觀整潔干凈、能夠代表酒店形象。
