崗位職責/職位描述
The Role 崗位職責:
1. Provide supervision of job functions assigned to staff members and check the effectiveness to each staff when completed.
指導每一位下屬的工作,分派任務并檢查完成的情況。
2. Control mailing list and ensure it updated constantly.
管理通訊名錄并保證不斷更新。
3. Maintain existing business and develop new accounts.
保持現有客戶并發展新的客戶。
4. Maintain good business relationship with all producers.
同客戶保持良好的商業關系。
5. Complete weekly entertainment and weekly activities plan.
完成每周的款待和活動計劃。
6. Conduct sales campaign by direct sales call / visits/mailing for group and FIT business, meeting and banquets from all sources for bookings and leads.
對團隊和商務散客通過電話銷售、訪問、郵寄開展銷售活動。
7. Make sure all booking orders (banquet/meetings) are correctly instructed for effective communication between sales and banquet operation.
確認所有的預定單(包括宴會與會議)被準確無誤地在銷售部與宴會之間進行溝通并生效。
8. Ensure all incoming correspondence and telephone enquiries are handled with efficiency and great care to build up a pleasant working relationship.
保證對所有的來信和電話詢問都進行有效的處理,建立一種令人愉快的工作關系。
9. Keep clients advised of latest information regarding hotel's development.
記錄客戶對于酒店發展的建議和及時的信息。
10. Assist in conduct training to new colleagues.

11. To know clearly the hotel objectives and sales target set for his/her area of responsibilities breakdown into weekly, monthly and yearly target set forth in the sales plan.
清楚地了解其分管區域的銷售目標,并預先在銷售計劃中將其按年/月/周的目標進行細分。
12. Represents the hotel and participate in domestic and international sales activities.
代表酒店參與國內外各項銷售活動。
13. Constant customer contact directed towards existing customers and potential customers.

14. To conduct daily sales visit to assigned accounts to solicit business forthe hotel for both rooms and food & beverage through effective client account management.
安排每日走訪的客戶,以期在客房及餐飲上為酒店尋求更多的業務。
15. To plan sales coverage of area/territory assigned in the most effective manner.
以最有效的方式劃分銷售區域。
16. Identifies and handles sales leads effectively and efficiently.

17. Fulfils Customer Relationship Management responsibilities and sales goals for defined customers through planned customer interview.
履行客戶關系管理的職責,通過完成計劃周詳的客戶拜訪實現銷售目標。
18. Conduct active distribution of product information and create awareness inthe market and business segment or responsibility.
積極宣傳酒店產品,提高產品在市場和業務區域內的知名度。
19. To always practices “Cross Selling” and Up sell in accordance with corporate and department guidelines during sales calls.
在拜訪客戶時,經常使用Cross Selling” 和Upsell等銷售技巧。
20. To ensure that all arrangements and requirements agreed with clients with regards to rooms, banquets or F&B services are carried out prior to or during guests stay in the hotel.
保證已與客人確認的客房,宴會及餐飲服務在客人未到或在酒店入住時完成。
21. To provide after-sales service in particular to ensure all guest complaints are taken seriously and discussed with respective department when necessary.
提供售后服務,確保認真對待所有投訴,在必要時與相關部門進行溝通。
22. Interact and attend to guest request, concerns and feedback in a professional manner.

23. To answer and respond promptly to all correspondence and inquiry from customer and prospect within the time limit set according to policy &procedure.

24. Entertain to build rapport with potential customers and to obtain future leads for the Hotel.
保持與潛在客戶的聯系溝通以期將來使其成為酒店真正的客戶。
25. Maintain good relationship with all clients.

27. Maintain good inter communication and good working relations with all departments and all external contacts.

28. Monitors and reports on market and competition within own market segment.
根據各自管轄區域撰寫市場及競爭者情況報告。
29. To upkeep of updated record of all sales activities for each accounts(including updated database, production tracking, trends and movement of each accounts).
確保所有客戶信息的時時更新,包括數據信息的更新,產品跟蹤,客戶動向。
30. To develop and maintain a proper database for assigned accounts on a daily basis.
對指定客戶的數據信息做到每日更新。
31. To prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports required to be submitted to the Sales leaders.
向銷售部領導提交每周和每月報告。
32. Recommends to the Sales leaders on promotions and campaign to reach specific markets.
向銷售部領導就針對細分市場的促銷活動提出建議。
33. To participate in “Revenue meeting” monthly review with Sales leaders.
與銷售部領導一起參加每月“Revenue meeting”回顧。
34. Participate in daily, weekly and monthly sales meeting to update Sales teamon the activities of each accounts and market trends.
參加銷售例會,就客戶動向及市場走勢市場與銷售團隊進行溝通,及時更新。
35. Abides by both the hotel and CHG policies and procedures.
遵守酒店及集團的政策和程序。
36. Analyses, evaluates and improves personal performance on a continual basis.
對個人表現進行時時分析,評估和改進。
37. Carries out other tasks as directed by supervisor.

Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
學士學位,工商管理、市場營銷、酒店和餐廳管理或相關專業
5 years'experience in the sales and marketing or related
5年以上銷售和市場營銷或相關專業工作經驗
Proficient with Microsoft Windows other software.
熟練操作微軟等操作系統
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin are a must.
必須具有良好的中英文交流及寫作能力
Ability to work independently and long hours.
能獨立并長時間的工作
Willing to travel.
可按工作需要出差
Ability to prioritize, follow up and be well organized with good attention to details.
