崗位職責/職位描述

The Role 崗位職責:

1. Supervise daily cleaning operations across all public areas. Assign tasks to PA attendants based on priority, event schedule, and traffic flow. Conduct routine inspections and ensure all areas meet cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards. Ensure all chemicals, tools, and equipment are used correctly and maintained properly. Ensure BOH areas (staff entrance, locker rooms, pantries) meet hygiene and audit standards. Ensure sufficient par levels of amenities, consumables, and cleaning supplies. Monitor and analyze operational data from systems (e.g., Knowcross) to optimize cleaning schedules and resource allocation. Implement and enforce brand and Forbes/LQA quality standards, conducting regular audits and following up on corrective actions.

2. Respond promptly to guest requests and public area-related issues. Ensure immediate action on spills, stains, odors, or visible defects in public areas. Maintain visibility during peak hours to support guest inquiries and ensure service touchpoints. Assist in maintaining the hotel’s visual standards, such as floral displays, décor, lighting, and signage. Proactively identify and address potential guest experience disruptions through preventive cleaning and timely interventions. Collaborate with Front Office and Event teams to anticipate and prepare for high-traffic periods or special arrivals.

3. Supervise PA attendants and maintain discipline, grooming, and professionalism. Conduct on-the-job training for cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and service standards. Ensure new employees complete the onboarding and skills checklist. Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance. Coordinate with HR on scheduling, attendance, and performance management. Develop and implement a continuous training plan covering technical skills, safety protocols, and service excellence. Conduct regular performance reviews, identify development needs, and support career progression within the team. Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivated work environment aligned with the hotel’s service culture.

4. Ensure compliance with brand standards, fire regulations, and chemical safety guidelines. Conduct safety briefings and ensure proper use of PPE. Report maintenance defects through the system (Knowcross) and follow up until completion. Ensure emergency procedures (spill response, guest incident management) are followed. Lead safety and hygiene initiatives, including regular drills and updates to procedures based on regulatory changes. Act as the primary point of contact for departmental safety compliance and risk mitigation. Ensure all team members are trained and ready to execute emergency protocols effectively.
