崗位職責/職位描述
The Role 崗位職責:
1. Proactively identifies, qualifies, and solicits new catering and event business to exceed personal and hotel revenue goals.
積極識別、認證并開發(fā)新的宴會與活動業(yè)務(wù),以超越個人及酒店收益目標。
2. Develops and implements comprehensive event sales strategies and action plans in alignment with the annual hotel business plan.
根據(jù)酒店年度業(yè)務(wù)計劃,制定并實施全面的宴會銷售策略與行動計劃。
3. Understands the competitive market landscape, key account demographics, and competitors'strengths and weaknesses.
了解競爭市場環(huán)境、主要客戶群體特征及競爭者的優(yōu)劣勢。
4. Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to craft and close complex event proposals.
運用談判技巧和創(chuàng)造性銷售能力,完成復雜活動方案的策劃與簽約。
5. Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new clients, event planners, and key corporate accounts to enable future bookings.
建立并加強與新老客戶、活動策劃公司及關(guān)鍵公司客戶的關(guān)系,以獲得未來預訂。
6. Manages the event pipeline, including forecasting, booking pace, and revenue management for the events segment.
管理宴會活動業(yè)務(wù)渠道,包括市場預測、預訂進度及該細分市場的收益管理。
7. Ensures all event orders (Banquet Event Orders) are accurately detailed and effectively communicated between sales and operations departments.
確保所有活動訂單(宴會活動訂單)細節(jié)準確無誤,并在銷售與運營部門間進行有效溝通。
8. Oversees the event planning process to ensure all arrangements and requirements agreed with clients are flawlessly executed.

9. Works collaboratively with the Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to design competitive event packages and menus.
與餐飲部和廚務(wù)部緊密合作,設(shè)計具有競爭力的活動套餐與菜單。
10. Accountable for the Events department P&L, expense management, and achieving budgeted revenue and profitability.
對宴會部門的損益、費用管理及達成預算收入和利潤率負責。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort (preferably luxury brands)
擁有酒店工作經(jīng)驗(特別是奢華品牌的酒店)
Have professional training in hospitality industry
有過專業(yè)化的訓練
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently
能夠流暢的使用普通話或英語進行對話
Having good communication skills
良好的溝通能力
Able to operate basic computer skills
正確應(yīng)用基本電腦系統(tǒng)
