The Role 崗位職責:
1. Patina Essentialist represents one of the signature roles and defining highlights of the Patina brand. This position integrates multiple core functions of the traditional Front Office, including guest check-in and check-out, transportation coordination, dining and activity reservations, guest experience curation, and personalized assistant services. With versatility, professionalism, and genuine passion, each Patina Host delivers a bespoke and memorable experience for every guest.

2.?Prior to the guest’s arrival, establish proactive and courteous communication via phone or email to confirm arrival details, reservation information, and personal preferences. All relevant data should be accurately entered into the property management system in advance, allowing the hotel to arrange suitable room types, dining reservations, and experiential activities that align with the guest’s preferences — ensuring a seamless and personalized stay experience.
在賓客抵達前,通過電話或電子郵件與賓客進行禮貌且高效的溝通,主動確認其入住信息、抵達時間及個人偏好。所有相關信息需提前錄入至系統中,以便酒店能夠根據賓客的偏好,預先安排合適的房型、餐飲預訂及活動體驗,確保入住體驗的個性化與無縫銜接。
3.?For guests celebrating special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries, the Essentialist team should proactively coordinate with the Housekeeping and other relevant departments to arrange special room decorations, personalized amenities, and greeting cards, demonstrating the hotel’s thoughtful attention to detail and genuine care.
如遇賓客生日、周年紀念日等特殊場合,知客團隊應主動與客房部及相關部門溝通,協調進行相應的房間布置、個性化裝飾及賀卡準備,以傳遞酒店的細致關懷與品牌溫度。
4.?Before the guest’s arrival, ensure that the assigned room and all preferences are properly arranged and documented in the system, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to precision, consistency, and bespoke service in every stay.
在賓客抵達前,應確保房間及所有賓客偏好均已落實,并在系統中準確記錄,以保證每一次入住都體現出酒店對細節的精準掌控與真誠服務。
5.?Greet every guest with grace and professionalism, delivering an efficient and seamless check-in experience. Ensure all guest details are accurately entered into the system, verify identification, and allocate the most suitable room according to guest preferences. Proactively provide information about hotel facilities, signature activities, and the local area.

6.?Deliver a smooth and accurate check-out process, ensuring transparency and precision in billing. Handle all guest payments, verify methods of payment, and ensure all transactions comply with hotel financial standards and procedures.
為賓客提供快速、無縫的退房體驗,確保賬單清晰、準確。處理賬務、收款及支付方式確認,確保所有交易符合酒店標準與財務流程。
7.?Monitor room availability to ensure the accuracy of bookings, arrivals, and departures. Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback, addressing any concerns with efficiency and empathy to maintain high satisfaction levels. Collaborate closely with other departments—such as Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Engineering—to ensure a flawless guest experience.
密切關注客房狀態,確保預訂、入住及離店信息的準確性。及時響應賓客的特別請求及反饋,協助解決問題并提升滿意度。與各部門(如餐飲部、客房部、工程部等)保持良好溝通,確保賓客體驗順暢無縫。
8.?Answer and transfer phone calls with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective communication. Handle guest inquiries, emails, and faxes accurately, maintaining the highest standards of responsiveness and courtesy in all correspondence.
專業接聽來電并妥善轉接,準確傳遞信息并高效處理賓客的咨詢、郵件及傳真。保持與內部及外部溝通的高標準響應速度與禮儀水準。
9.?Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized services that exceed expectations. Approach every interaction with warmth, sincerity, and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment that embodies the hotel’s brand values and luxury ethos.
主動識別賓客需求,提供超越期望的個性化服務。以溫暖、真誠且專業的態度應對每一次賓客互動,營造賓至如歸的入住氛圍,充分展現酒店品牌的獨特魅力。
10.?The Role of the Patina Essentialist is to offer our guests with an exclusive service that is accurate, courteous, efficient and tailored to the individual requirements of our guests.
柏典知客應當專業地提供服務并滿足每位客人的需求從而使得客人擁有前所未有獨一無二的入住體驗。
11.?The Patina Essentialist will be working on a one to one basis with each guest, structuring their activity requests around their specific requirements and interests. This will only be achieved by having a thorough knowledge about the local culture in Tianjin.
柏典知客將為每位客人提供一對一服務,并有效地滿足所有客人合理的要求。因此要做到這點必須要充分了解酒店的產品信息以及天津當地的傳統文化和周邊信息。
12.?The Patina Essentialist should be able to provide instant yet positive judgment towards all events happen. Being a Patina Essentialist, never say “NO” to any guests’ appropriate requests, furthermore, Patina Essentialist should have clear understanding and information about the hotel in order to provide accurate message to the guests.
