崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
The Role 崗位職責(zé):
1. Assist to lead and motivate the bell team to deliver courteous, professional, and brand-consistent service. Set team objectives and KPIs, regularly evaluate performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
協(xié)助領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并激勵(lì)行李團(tuán)隊(duì),確保每位成員提供禮貌、專業(yè)且品牌一致的服務(wù)。制定團(tuán)隊(duì)工作目標(biāo)與績效指標(biāo),定期評估員工表現(xiàn)并提供反饋與輔導(dǎo)
2.?Organize and implement training for luggage handling, electric cart operation, and guest service etiquette. Develop team problem-solving skills and cross-department collaboration capabilities.
協(xié)助組織并實(shí)施行李搬運(yùn)、電動(dòng)球車操作及賓客禮儀培訓(xùn)。培養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)的應(yīng)急處理能力及跨部門協(xié)作意識。
3.?Monitor luggage handling and transportation processes to ensure smooth guest experiences. Collect guest feedback and implement service improvements.
監(jiān)控賓客服務(wù)流程,確保行李搬運(yùn)、接送及交通體驗(yàn)順暢。主動(dòng)收集賓客反饋,推動(dòng)改進(jìn)服務(wù)質(zhì)量和流程優(yōu)化。
4.?Collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Banquets to ensure seamless VIP, group, or event support. Coordinate luggage and cart services for special events, group arrivals, and large banquets.
與前廳、客房、餐飲及宴會(huì)部門緊密協(xié)作,保證VIP賓客、團(tuán)隊(duì)或活動(dòng)的行李及交通支持無縫銜接。協(xié)調(diào)特殊活動(dòng)、團(tuán)體入住及大型宴會(huì)的行李及電動(dòng)球車服務(wù)。
5.?Oversee daily bell room and warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, labeling, and recording items in the system. Ensure organized, clean, and easily accessible storage; conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies. Supervise the security and handling of valuables and special guest items.
負(fù)責(zé)行李房及倉庫的日常管理,包括物品接收、存放、標(biāo)記及系統(tǒng)記錄。確保倉庫物品整潔、有序、易于查找,定期盤點(diǎn)并報(bào)告異常。監(jiān)督貴重物品及特殊行李的安全管理流程。
6. Assist to?oversee daily usage, inspection, and maintenance of electric carts and luggage handling equipment. Review operational procedures and SOPs, implementing improvements and mitigating risks.
協(xié)助管理電動(dòng)球車及搬運(yùn)設(shè)備的日常使用、檢查與維護(hù),確保安全及運(yùn)行效率。審核行李流程與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序(SOP),推動(dòng)流程改進(jìn)及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控。
7.?Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, particularly in luggage handling and electric cart operation. Make rapid decisions in emergencies to protect guests and staff while maintaining the hotel’s reputation.
確保團(tuán)隊(duì)嚴(yán)格遵守酒店安全規(guī)程,尤其是電動(dòng)球車操作和行李搬運(yùn)安全。在緊急情況下快速?zèng)Q策,保障賓客與員工安全,維護(hù)酒店聲譽(yù)。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
擁有酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(特別是豪華品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
有過酒店行業(yè)的專業(yè)培訓(xùn)。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能夠流暢的使用普通話或英語進(jìn)行對話。
Having good communication skills.
良好的溝通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正確應(yīng)用基本電腦系統(tǒng)。
Minimum 2 years Front Office experience?for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.
擁有至少2年及以上國際奢華品牌或聯(lián)號五星級酒店前廳部工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
