The Role 崗位職責(zé):
1.?Greet guests warmly and professionally, assisting with luggage transport to guest rooms or vehicles upon departure. Provide personalized luggage assistance according to guest needs, including handling valuables and organizing luggage.
禮貌、專(zhuān)業(yè)地迎接賓客,協(xié)助搬運(yùn)行李至客房或離店時(shí)的車(chē)輛。根據(jù)賓客的特殊需求,提供個(gè)性化行李服務(wù),如貴重物品搬運(yùn)、行李整理等。
2.?Safely and smoothly operate hotel electric carts to transport guests and luggage within the property. Respond promptly to transportation requests from guests, coordinating with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Banquet teams.
熟練駕駛酒店電動(dòng)球車(chē),安全、平穩(wěn)地運(yùn)送賓客及行李至酒店內(nèi)各區(qū)域。配合前廳、客房、餐飲及宴會(huì)部門(mén),及時(shí)響應(yīng)賓客的交通需求。
3.?Provide guests with information about hotel facilities and the surrounding area, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Ensure polite, attentive, and professional interactions with every guest to maximize satisfaction.
向賓客提供酒店設(shè)施及周邊信息介紹,展示酒店禮儀與專(zhuān)業(yè)形象。在接觸賓客時(shí)保持禮貌、微笑及專(zhuān)業(yè)態(tài)度,確保賓客滿意度。
4.Strictly adhere to hotel safety protocols and electric cart operating procedures to ensure the safety of guests and colleagues. Regularly inspect electric carts and luggage handling equipment, reporting any issues promptly.?
嚴(yán)格遵守酒店安全規(guī)程及電動(dòng)球車(chē)操作規(guī)范,確保賓客及同事的安全。定期檢查電動(dòng)球車(chē)及行李搬運(yùn)設(shè)備的狀態(tài),發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)報(bào)告。
5.?Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Banquet teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist with ad hoc situations, including last-minute luggage handling, VIP arrivals, or large-scale events.
與前廳、客房、餐飲及宴會(huì)部門(mén)保持緊密溝通,確保服務(wù)無(wú)縫銜接。協(xié)助處理突發(fā)情況,如臨時(shí)行李搬運(yùn)、VIP接待或大型活動(dòng)。
6.?Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, personalized service with speed and care. Deliver a warm, professional, and seamless experience, ensuring guests feel valued and well-cared-for.
