崗位職責/職位描述
The Role 崗位職責：
1. Check the employees’ grooming, behaviour and attendance
檢查服務(wù)員的儀表儀容，行為規(guī)范及出勤狀況。
2. Take charge of CTE, share information
主持員工晨會，傳達有關(guān)事宜。
3. Arrange task and work in next day.
安排、部署當天工作任務(wù)；合理安排好第二天的人員及工作。
4. Check service areas and working room.
檢查服務(wù)區(qū)域、工作間的衛(wèi)生狀況。
5.?Check working standards of staff.?
督導(dǎo)樓層服務(wù)員按照工作程序和標準進行操作。
6. Check the numbers of items in working room. Keep the master keys.檢查物品、布巾、備品、清潔劑的存貯情況。保管樓層萬能鑰匙。
7.?Check the VIP rooms and others.?Control cleaning supplies, control costs.?Fill in lost and damaged report and shift records.
檢查所有VIP房間和其它房間。控制客用品、清潔用品的發(fā)放、領(lǐng)取，做好成本控制。填寫丟失、損壞報告和交班日志。
8.?Check the rooms that needs cleaning every day.?Make sure all lost and found items are well kept and assist HSKP Coordinator to keep and deliver the lost and found items.
核對確認每天需清潔的客房，避免客房遺漏未清潔。確保所有的客人遺失物品全部交到辦公室，協(xié)助文員做好遺留物的保管、發(fā)放工作。
9.?Report the room status in time.?Cooperate with Engineering to follow up the repaired room.Make sure the equipment works well.
及時報告房間狀態(tài)。與工程部密切配合，跟蹤維修項目。檢查、督促清洗、保養(yǎng)清潔設(shè)備，確保設(shè)施設(shè)備的完好。
10.Solve the guest complains.Arrange cleaning work.Guide the staff do the cleaning work.
處理并反饋當班期間放生的各類問題及客人投訴。組織安排計劃性的清潔工作。指導(dǎo)員工做好大清工作。
11.Regularly conduct performance evaluations of subordinates, judge by reward and punishment.
定期對下屬進行績效評估，提出獎懲建議。
12.?Finish other works assigned by leaders.?
完成上級安排的其它各項工作。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求：
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
擁有酒店工作經(jīng)驗(特別是奢華品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
接受過酒店專業(yè)的培訓(xùn)。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能夠流暢的使用普通話或英語進行對話。
Having good communication skills.
良好的溝通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正確應(yīng)用基本電腦系統(tǒng)。
Minimum 3 years Housekeeping experience?for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.
擁有至少3年及以上國際奢華品牌或聯(lián)號五星級酒店客房部工作經(jīng)驗。
