崗位職責/職位描述
1.?Checking the room status, let the floor captain know.?According to working procedures and standards, clean the room and floor.
檢查房間狀態并將檢查情況報告給樓層領班。按照工作程序和標準清掃各種房間并保持樓道的整潔。
2.??Keep the lost fund safely, meet guest’s reasonable needs.?Making sure every equipment well.
正確處理客人遺留的物品和滿足客人各種合理的要求。負責保養所使用的設備，使之處于良好的工作狀態。
3.?Using and keeping master key correctly.??Filling in working reports and consumer list of Mini Bar.?
正確使用及保管萬能鑰匙。填寫有關工作報告和迷你吧消費單。
4.?Checking every kind of equipment in working areas, report the problems in time.?Sign up the in and out time on the room list.
負責檢查所管轄區域內各種設備，及時報告區域內的工程問題。做房單上必須標明進、出客房的時間。
5.?Report unusual situation in time.?Ability to use firefighting equipment, following the hotel rules when the fire happen.
及時報告客房內的異常情況。熟悉酒店消防預案并能熟練使用滅火器材；在火災發生時嚴格按酒店消防預案執行。
6.?Ability to use detergent.?Communicate with guests and superior.?
安全正確使用清潔劑。與客人及上級保持有效的溝通。
7.?Report and record hotel items in rooms.??Finish another works.?
及時報告并記錄在客房內丟失和丟失的酒店物品。完成上級安排的其他工作。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求：
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
擁有酒店工作經驗(特別是奢華品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
接受過酒店專業的培訓。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能夠流暢的使用普通話或英語進行對話。
Having good communication skills.
良好的溝通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正確應用基本電腦系統。
Minimum 2 years Housekeeping experience?for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.
擁有至少2年及以上國際奢華品牌或聯號五星級酒店客房部工作經驗。
