跟進客人喜好,在客人入住前在房間內設置好客人喜好物品。

負責對房務部所需采購物品的申購以及記錄。

根據樓層主管簽字確認的物品領料單,定期將客用品與清潔用具分發至樓層。同時需認真核對樓層所需物品是否符合配備量的規定。

負責對房務部庫房物品的保管以及庫房物品衛生秩序的清潔以及保持。
