崗位職責/職位描述

The Role 崗位職責:

1.?Assist to checking the employee’s grooming, behavior and attendance.?

2. Read the shift note, follow the progress.?To make inspection trips through entire area checking on productive methods and procedures.?To handle guest rush laundry services.Ensure that all guest items are treated carefully, to minimize any damages.

閱讀交接班日志,跟進工作進度。負責檢查洗滌的方法和過程。處理客人加急洗衣服務。確保所有客人衣物被仔細對待,把損壞率降到最低。

3.?Has a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of how to operate all equipment in the Laundry.?Apply for Laundry goods and ensure chemicals etc are used properly, and in correct quantities, to avoid accidents and keep low cost and high quality.?Maintain quality control for in-house linen and uniforms.?Ensure guest laundry charges are posted correctly and promptly.?

4.?To supervise and direct the functions of the valet department.To train team member according to established procedures; Conducts training meeting to discuss problems and future plans, give information and assignments.?

5.?To establish production standard’s records and training techniques.??Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs.?Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in your work area.

Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:

Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).

擁有酒店工作經(jīng)驗(特別是奢華品牌的酒店)。

Have professional training in hospitality industry.

接受過酒店專業(yè)的培訓。

Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.

能夠流暢的使用普通話或英語進行對話。

Having good communication skills.

良好的溝通能力。

Able to operate basic computer skills.

正確應用基本電腦系統(tǒng)。

Minimum 5 years?Laundry?experience?for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.

擁有至少5年及以上國際奢華品牌或聯(lián)號五星級酒店洗衣房工作經(jīng)驗。
