崗位職責/職位描述

1. Supervise and coordinate the daily work of laundry attendants, valet runners, and dry-cleaning staff.
督導并協調洗衣服務員、客衣取送員及干洗員工的日常工作。
2. Ensure all guest laundry, dry-cleaning, and pressing services are handled promptly, accurately, and with care.
確保所有客衣洗滌、干洗及熨燙服務及時、準確并謹慎處理。
3. Monitor the use of laundry chemicals and equipment to ensure safety, efficiency, and cost control.
監控洗衣化學劑及設備的使用,確保安全、高效及成本控制。
4. Conduct regular inspections of laundry equipment and report or coordinate maintenance as needed.
定期檢查洗衣設備,必要時報告并協調維修保養。
5. Maintain cleanliness and order in the laundry area and linen storage rooms.
維護洗衣區域及布草庫房的整潔與秩序。
6. Conduct monthly inventory of uniforms, linens, and guest supplies.
每月進行制服、布草及客用品盤點。
7. Monitor linen and uniform quality, report damages, and manage par levels.
監控布草及制服質量,報告損壞情況并管理庫存標準。
8. Ensure guest laundry charges are posted correctly and in a timely manner.
確保客人洗衣費用準確及時入賬。
9. Assist in training, scheduling, and evaluating laundry team members.
協助洗衣團隊的培訓、排班及績效評估。
10. Conduct on-the-job training on equipment operation, chemical handling, fabric care, and safety procedures.
開展設備操作、化學劑使用、面料護理及安全程序的在職培訓。
11. Motivate and coach team members to maintain high performance and service standards.
激勵與指導團隊成員,保持高水平的服務表現。
12. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and rush laundry requests professionally and promptly.
專業及時地處理客人問詢、投訴及加急洗衣需求。
13. Coordinate with front office and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest service.
與前廳及客房部協調,確保客人服務無縫銜接。
14. Assist in departmental meetings and communicate work plans, issues, and updates.
協助部門會議,傳達工作計劃、問題及更新信息。
15. Maintain training records, production standards, and equipment logs.

16. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and emergency procedures.

17. Perform other duties as assigned by Housekeeping Manager.

Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:

Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).

擁有酒店工作經驗(特別是奢華品牌的酒店)。

Have professional training in hospitality industry.

接受過酒店專業的培訓。

Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.

能夠流暢的使用普通話或英語進行對話。

Having good communication skills.

良好的溝通能力。

Able to operate basic computer skills.

正確應用基本電腦系統。

Minimum 8 years?Laundry?experience?for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.

擁有至少8年及以上國際奢華品牌或聯號五星級酒店洗衣房工作經驗。
