崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
The Role 崗位職責(zé):
1. Daily communication to all Spa Coordinators and Spa Attendants regarding daily/upcoming events through use of daily briefings, pass-on logs, memos, or any other means necessary.
通過每日簡(jiǎn)報(bào)、傳遞日志、備忘錄或其他必要的方式,與所有水療中心員工就每日/即將發(fā)生的活動(dòng)進(jìn)行日常溝通。
2. Will be involved in and responsible for the training of all new Spa Coordinators according to the requirements of the Spa and HR
根據(jù)Spa和人力資源的要求,參與并負(fù)責(zé)培訓(xùn)所有新的Spa前臺(tái)。
3. Updating the Spa Coordinator Training Manual, procedures and new hire testing on a quarterly basis to reflect updates in procedures and tasks.
每季度更新水療員工培訓(xùn)大綱,流程和新員工測(cè)試,以反映流程和任務(wù)的更新
4. Continual re-training of Spa Coordinators in areas that become apparent by creating action plans to correct coordinator mistakes.

5. Monitoring Spa Coordinator performance and assisting with information gathering for performance reviews.

6. Implementing new procedures for Spa Coordinators in order to improve productivity and service delivery.

7. Assisting in recording Spa Coordinator and Spa Attendant infractions (tardiness, absence, insubordination, job performance issues etc.) and passing that information to Spa Management for corrective action with employees.
協(xié)助記錄水療中心禮賓員和水療服務(wù)員的違規(guī)行為(遲到、缺勤、不服從、工作表現(xiàn)問題等),并將這些信息傳達(dá)給水療中心管理層,以便與員工一起采取糾正措施。
8. Implementing up-sell incentives for Spa Coordinators to increase Spa revenues

9. Proactively working with the Lead Therapist and Lead Aesthetician to ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet business demands, smooth running of the operation and maintain an open line of communication between the therapist team and the desk staff.
積極與理療師主管保持合作,確保有足夠人手應(yīng)付業(yè)務(wù)需要,確保運(yùn)作順暢,并與理療師團(tuán)隊(duì)及接待人員保持暢通的溝通
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
擁有酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(特別是奢華品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
接受過酒店專業(yè)的培訓(xùn)。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能夠流暢的使用普通話或英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行對(duì)話。
Having good communication skills.
良好的溝通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正確應(yīng)用基本電腦系統(tǒng)。
Minimum 3 years Spa experience?for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.
擁有至少3年及以上國(guó)際奢華品牌或聯(lián)號(hào)五星級(jí)酒店水療工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
