The Role 崗位職責(zé):
1. Is a passionate leader with a Can Do attitude, which gets respect by knowledge, guidance and fairness. A leader which service teammates look up and practices an open-door policy to all teammates.

2. Ensures that all teammates are assigned to service stations, have sufficient equipment and supplies and that tables in the restaurant are clean, well maintained and properly set up according to the meal period set up at all times.
確保給所有同伴分配好服務(wù)區(qū)域,有足夠設(shè)備和物品使用,始終保持餐廳餐桌干凈整潔并根據(jù)相應(yīng)餐段進行擺臺。
3. Supports and coaches service attendants in serving food and beverage to guest according to prescribed service standards and procedures of restaurant service with emphasis on quality, speed, accuracy and attention.
根據(jù)既定的服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),支持和訓(xùn)練服務(wù)人員如何服務(wù)食物和酒水以及餐廳服務(wù)流程,重點強調(diào)質(zhì)量,速度,準(zhǔn)確性及所有細節(jié)精益求精。
4. Is fully proficient on the Point of Sale system (POS), Restaurant Reservation procedures.
精通使用POS系統(tǒng)和餐廳預(yù)訂系統(tǒng)。
5. Checks the cleanliness and maintenance of equipment, fixtures, storage and service area and menus in the restaurant assigned and acts if rectification is necessary.
檢查及維護所分配區(qū)域餐廳設(shè)備,固定裝置,倉庫,服務(wù)區(qū)域及菜單的是否整潔,如有需要應(yīng)及時修正。
6. Knowledgeable on all food and beverage menus of the restaurant including buffet.
熟悉所有餐廳的菜單及酒水單,包括自助餐。
7.?Takes accurate orders for all guests according to the given standard and practices suggestive selling to boost restaurant sales and checks the status of all orders and ensures that they are delivered within designated timelines.
根據(jù)既定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為客人準(zhǔn)確的點單,練習(xí)進階銷售來增加餐廳收入,檢查所有點單的狀態(tài),確保所有點單都按時上菜。
8.?Attends the daily Line-up, the monthly colleague meeting and relevant trainings conducted by the hotel management.
參加每日的部門會議,月度團隊成員會議及酒店組織的相關(guān)培訓(xùn)。
9.?Is attentive and takes note of anniversaries, birthdays and special dates discussed by guests in order to surprise guests and create a wow-effect.
留意并記錄賓客談?wù)摰降纳铡⒓o(jì)念日及特殊日期,為賓客準(zhǔn)備驚喜,讓賓客留下終身難忘的美好回憶。
10.?Follow and maintain established par levels for supplies and equipment. Complete requisitions to replenish shortages or additional items needed for the anticipated business and informs the Assistant Manager about it.
遵循和維持物品和設(shè)備的既定最低庫存。完成補充短缺申請或為可預(yù)見生意增減新項目的申請表并告知副經(jīng)理。
11.?Inspect grooming and attire of teammates; coaches and helps to rectify any deficiencies.
檢查同伴的儀容儀表和著裝,如有不合適的幫助他們改正。
12.?Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day. Promote positive, thoughtful and respectful guest relations at all times.
預(yù)見客人需求,適當(dāng)回復(fù)及回應(yīng)客人,無論何時無論多忙。與客人建立積極體貼尊重的客戶關(guān)系。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
擁有酒店工作經(jīng)驗(特別是奢華品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
接受過酒店專業(yè)的培訓(xùn)。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能夠流暢的使用普通話或英語進行對話。
Having good communication skills.
良好的溝通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正確應(yīng)用基本電腦系統(tǒng)。
Minimum 2 years F&B experience?for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.
擁有至少2年及以上國際奢華品牌或聯(lián)號五星級酒店餐飲部工作經(jīng)驗。
