崗位職責/職位描述

1. 3. Once a week, organize an inspection of fire hazards. Any identified hazards during the inspection will be reported to the assistant manager of the department.

4. Once a month, key departments are inspected. The inspected areas include: the power distribution room, elevator machine room, main machine room, and fire pump room. 每月對要害部門進行一次檢查,檢查的部位包括:配電房、電梯機房、總機房、消防水泵房。檢查內容:滅火器的配備使用情況,防火制度的落實及執行情況。
5. Assist the department head in conducting training, ensuring that all on-duty staff in the hotel are familiar with fire prevention knowledge, fire prevention common sense, fire extinguishing knowledge, know how to call the police, know how to assist in rescue, and know how to escape and save themselves. Under the arrangement of the Human Resources Training Department, conduct fire safety knowledge training for all hotel staff and new recruits.
協助部門負責人做好培訓工作,使全酒店上崗員工知防火知識、防火常識,知滅火常識,會報警,會協助救援,會逃生自救。在人力資源培訓部的安排下對全酒店員工和新入職員工進行消防常識的培訓。
6. Each inspection report to the deputy manager security and the work arrangement of the fire department.

7. Ensure the effective and reliable operation of fire-fighting facilities. Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual inspections of fire-fighting equipment in advance. Report any identified safety hazards in writing to the department director.
保障消防設施的有效和可靠的工作,提前做好消防設施的月、季度、年度檢查工作。就發現的安全隱患,以書面形式報告部門總監。
8. Manage the fire prevention archives for key positions, and establish key area archives for facilities such as the power distribution room, elevator machine room, main control room, and fire pump room. The contents include structure, height, location of the key areas, and the configuration of fire-fighting facilities.
對要害崗位的防火檔案進行管理,對配電房、電梯機房、總機房、消防水泵房等建立要害部位檔案。內容有結構、高度、要害部位位置、消防設施的配備情況。
9. Taking into account the actual situation of the hotel, make full use of the hotel's publicity and education channels to conduct fire safety knowledge education and remind about the key fire prevention points in different seasons. Adopt various promotional activities to enhance the fire prevention awareness and extinguishing capabilities of the staff.
結合酒店的實際情況,充分利用酒店的宣傳教育窗口進行消防常識教育和不同季節的防火重點提示提醒,采取多樣化的宣傳活動,提高員工的防火意識和滅火能力。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
擁有酒店工作經驗(特別是奢華品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
接受過酒店專業的培訓。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能夠流暢的使用普通話或英語進行對話。
Having good communication skills.
良好的溝通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正確應用基本電腦系統。
Minimum 3 years?Security?experience?for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.
擁有至少3年及以上國際奢華品牌或聯號五星級酒店保安部工作經驗。
