崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
The Role 崗位職責(zé):
1. Work on time, is strictly prohibited to be late, leave early, leave, or do anything unrelated to the post, is strictly prohibited drinking before the post;
按時(shí)上崗,嚴(yán)禁遲到、早退、脫崗、或做與本崗位無關(guān)的任何事,嚴(yán)禁崗前飲酒;

前廳安保部物資按照規(guī)定擺放,每日清點(diǎn)數(shù)量,防止丟失損壞;
3. It is strictly forbidden to play with mobile phones, answer or make private calls while on duty;
在崗時(shí)嚴(yán)禁玩手機(jī)、接聽、撥打私人電話;
4. Be reasonable and restrained in customer service, and do not have disputes and fights with guests;
對(duì)客服務(wù)要有理有節(jié),不可與客人發(fā)生爭(zhēng)執(zhí)和打架;
5. Pay attention to dress neatly, full of spirit, standing norms, don't joke with others in the lobby, adhere to the principle, and prohibit the unauthorized off-the-job;
著裝整齊,精神飽滿,站姿規(guī)范,符合酒店群儀容儀表規(guī)范,不在大堂和他人閑聊,堅(jiān)持原
則,堅(jiān)守崗位,嚴(yán)禁擅自脫崗;
6. Maintain public order in the hotel lobby, prohibit personnel from dressing disheveled, throwing around, vomiting, squatting, and sitting in the lobby;
維護(hù)酒店大堂治安秩序,禁止人員在大堂衣冠不整、亂丟、亂吐、亂蹲、亂坐,發(fā)現(xiàn)此情況應(yīng)立 即委婉勸阻,保證大堂出入口暢通;
7. The use of Putonghua and standard gesture,Courtesy of customer service;
使用普通話及規(guī)范手勢(shì),禮節(jié)禮貌服務(wù)客戶;
8. Prohibit the stacking of materials and a large number of items within the jurisdiction, strictly control flammable and explosive contraband, and tools and materials that violate decoration management regulations into the hotel;
制止在管轄范圍內(nèi)堆放材料及大量物品,嚴(yán)格控制易燃易爆、法律法規(guī)明確的違禁品,和違反裝修管理規(guī)定的工具、材料進(jìn)入酒店內(nèi)部;
9. Prevent idle personnel, salesmen, construction personnel and construction materials from entering the hotel, question suspicious personnel, strictly inspect the documents of personnel entering the hotel from the employee channel, and prevent idle personnel from entering the rear area of the hotel;
防止閑雜人員、推銷人員、施工人員及施工材料進(jìn)入酒店內(nèi)部,對(duì)可疑人員進(jìn)行詢問,嚴(yán)格檢驗(yàn)從員工通道進(jìn)入酒店人員的證件,防止閑雜人員竄入酒店后部區(qū)域;
10. For foreign personnel check registration with legitimate reasons, according to foreign personnel management system to deal with pass;
對(duì)有正當(dāng)事由的外來人員進(jìn)行核對(duì)登記,按照外來人員管理制度辦理通行證;
11. Hotel employees must enter and exit the hotel through the employee channel, strictly inspect the packages and items carried by the staff, and manage all kinds of items brought out of the hotel in accordance with the hotel exit strip system;
酒店員工一律通過員工通道進(jìn)出酒店,嚴(yán)格檢查員工攜帶的包裹和物品,按照酒店出門條制度管理各類從酒店帶出的物品;
12. Supervision and hotel staff shall be carried out in accordance with the regulation on hotel employees clock in clock out, clock in for violation of regulations shall immediately report shift supervisor/hr department;
監(jiān)督酒店員工按照《酒店員工打卡規(guī)定》進(jìn)行上下班打卡,對(duì)違反打卡規(guī)定者應(yīng)立即報(bào)告部門當(dāng)班主管交人力資源部處理;

指引客人走客用通道出進(jìn)酒店,保證客人從客用通道進(jìn)出酒店;

嚴(yán)守大堂,維護(hù)大堂的秩序,對(duì)在大堂發(fā)生爭(zhēng)吵、大聲呼叫、到處亂串的客人要立即上前婉言勸說和制止,使大堂保持高雅寧?kù)o,對(duì)出入大堂的外來人員實(shí)行嚴(yán)格管控,禁止施工人員進(jìn)出大堂;

16. Be vigilant, keep a close eye on all kinds of personnel entering and leaving the hotel, especially outsiders, and immediately notify the building patrol and shift supervisor if there is any suspicion;
提高警惕,嚴(yán)密注視進(jìn)出酒店的各類人員,特別是外來人員,如有懷疑立即通知巡邏崗和帶班主管;
17. Late at night, we should double vigilant, pay attention to the alert, to carefully observe, found suspicious personnel should immediately come forward to ask, after 23:30 strictly prohibit irrelevant personnel to enter the guest area;
夜深時(shí)要加倍警惕,注意警戒,要認(rèn)真觀察,發(fā)現(xiàn)可疑人員應(yīng)立即上前詢問,23:30以后嚴(yán)禁無關(guān)人員進(jìn)入客區(qū);
18. Upon receiving the alarm from the elevator elevator, they should immediately assist the lobby manager to comfort the passengers or inform the engineering department for emergency repair;
收到電梯困人報(bào)警,應(yīng)立即協(xié)助大堂經(jīng)理悉心安撫乘客,并通知工程部進(jìn)行搶修;

做好當(dāng)班工作紀(jì)錄和崗前、崗后的移交工作;
21. Complete other work assigned by superiors.

Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
擁有酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(特別是奢華品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
接受過酒店專業(yè)的培訓(xùn)。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能夠流暢的使用普通話或英語進(jìn)行對(duì)話。
Having good communication skills.
良好的溝通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正確應(yīng)用基本電腦系統(tǒng)。
Minimum 1 years?Security?experience?for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.
擁有至少1年及以上國(guó)際奢華品牌或聯(lián)號(hào)五星級(jí)酒店保安部工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
