崗位職責/職位描述
The Role 崗位職責:
- Responsible for the allocation and management of employee dormitory rooms, ensuring fair and reasonable distribution.負責員工宿舍房間的分配與管理,確保分配公平合理。
- Conduct daily inspections of dormitory facilities and report any damages or malfunctions for timely repairs.每日巡查宿舍設施,發現損壞或故障及時上報維修。
- Handle employee check-in and check-out procedures, including room key handover and deposit management.辦理員工入住及退宿手續,包括房間鑰匙交接及押金管理。
- Maintain dormitory cleanliness and hygiene standards by coordinating with cleaning staff and conducting regular checks.維護宿舍清潔衛生標準,協調保潔人員并定期檢查。
- Enforce dormitory rules and regulations, addressing any violations and ensuring a safe living environment.執行宿舍規章制度,處理違規行為,確保居住環境安全。
- Manage dormitory supplies and equipment, such as beds, lockers, and appliances, keeping inventory records.管理宿舍物資設備(如床鋪、衣柜、電器等),做好庫存登記。
- Respond to employee inquiries and complaints regarding dormitory issues, providing solutions promptly.回應員工關于宿舍問題的咨詢與投訴,及時提供解決方案。
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping departments to ensure all dormitory areas are in good condition.與維修及客房部協調,確保宿舍各區域狀況良好。
- Monitor dormitory security, including access control, visitor registration, and fire safety precautions.監督宿舍安全,包括門禁管理、訪客登記及消防安全措施。
- Maintain records of dormitory occupancy, maintenance logs, and incident reports for management review.維護宿舍入住記錄、維修日志及事件報告,供管理層審閱。
- Assist in organizing dormitory-related activities or communications to promote a harmonious living atmosphere.協助組織宿舍相關活動或溝通,促進和諧居住氛圍。
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the hotel management related to employee accommodation.執行酒店管理層分配的其他與員工住宿相關的行政任務。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
擁有酒店工作經驗(特別是奢華品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
接受過酒店專業的培訓。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能夠流暢的使用普通話或英語進行對話。
Having good communication skills.
良好的溝通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正確應用基本電腦系統。
Minimum 3 years?Dormitory Management experience?for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.
擁有至少3年及以上國際奢華品牌或聯號五星級酒店宿舍管理工作經驗。
