崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
The Role 崗位職責(zé)：
1. Must participate in the preventive maintenance program and be completely familiar with its purpose and machinery involved.
必須參加預(yù)防性的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)作業(yè)，并熟知其目的和使用的機(jī)械。
2. Must be able to climb ladders, be in good physical condition, use all tools in safe manner, and follow and promote company safety rules
具備良好的身體素質(zhì)，能攀爬梯具，安全的操作所有的工具，跟進(jìn)并遵守公司的安全操作規(guī)章。
3. General Maintenance Engineers are responsible for actual corrections of any hazardous conditions throughout the hotel. It is a good practice for maintenance engineers to do their own inspections throughout the entire hotel and plan their activities based on them, report the findings to the Engineering Department.
日常維護(hù)工程師對(duì)于酒店發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)狀況必須做出正確的對(duì)策，維護(hù)工程師必須有良好的酒店整體檢查和行動(dòng)計(jì)劃方案，向工程部匯報(bào)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題。
4. Maintenance engineers are members of the Fire and Emergency Rescue Team, consequently they must learn their duties and responsibilities.
日常維護(hù)小組成員也是酒店的消防火災(zāi)安全小組成員，因此他們必須學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)職責(zé)和行動(dòng)技能。
5. Maintenance engineers as well as the other members of the Engineering staff, are responsible for Engineering and cosmetics of all areas supervised by the Engineering Department.

Talent Profile 能力&技能需求：
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
擁有酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(特別是奢華品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
接受過(guò)酒店專(zhuān)業(yè)的培訓(xùn)。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能夠流暢的使用普通話(huà)或英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行對(duì)話(huà)。
Having good communication skills.
良好的溝通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正確應(yīng)用基本電腦系統(tǒng)。
Minimum 2 years Engineering experience?for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.
擁有至少2年及以上國(guó)際奢華品牌或聯(lián)號(hào)五星級(jí)酒店工程部工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
