崗位職責/職位描述
The Role 崗位職責:
1. Recognizes and greets guest by name, receives and attends to all of them and anticipates to needs in the restaurant.
使用客人姓名識別并問候客人,迎接及為其指引,預見客人在餐廳所需。
2. Service food and beverage to guest according to prescribed service standards and procedures of restaurant service with emphasis on quality, speed, accuracy.
根據服務標準和服務流程為賓客提供食品及酒水,強調質量,速度及精益求精。
3. Cleans and maintains equipment, reception area, menus, advertising collateral and other as per assignment by the assistant manager.
清潔及維護設備,接待區,菜單,推銷附加產品及其它副經理分配的任務。
4. Maintains and updates the restaurant’s reservation book, guest history book and keeps the Manager updated as such including guest satisfaction and special requests.
維護及更新餐廳預訂本,客史記錄本并確保經理知曉,包括客人滿意度及特殊需求。
5. Performs the duties and responsibilities of the Team Leader when the need arises.
必要時兼任主管工作及職責。
6. Performs the other tasks assigned by the assistant manager, which lead to guest be blown away and subsequently increases their satisfaction.
完成主管分配的其他任務,讓賓客感到驚喜并提高賓客滿意度。
7. Assists the assistant manager and supervisor in preparing daily reports as indicated in the opening and closing checklists and to do lists.
協助餐廳副經理或主管準備每日報告,如開檔收檔檢查表及工作清單。
8. Reports any unusual incident, feedback, lost and found, breakage and losses, equipment and fixture break down to the assistant manger.
及時向副經理匯報異常事件,賓客反饋,失物招領,破損與丟失,設備及裝置故障。
9. Attends the daily CTE and line-up to share reservations, special requests and attend the monthly Food & Beverage teammates meeting.
參加每日的部門會議,追求卓越分享會,分享預訂信息,特殊需求并參加每月餐飲部同伴會議。
10. Attends all meetings and training sessions organized by hotel management for the teammates.
參加所有酒店組織的針對同伴們的會議及培訓。
11. Takes responsibility of ordering necessary stationary, their inventory and controls their cost.
負責訂購所需文具,管理庫存及控制成本。
12. Keeps herself informed of all pertinent details concerning the Resort.
確保了解酒店相關細節信息。
13. Prepares requisition for cakes, amenities, flowers and newspaper required, certifying availability in the restaurant.
根據相應需求準備申請蛋糕,歡迎禮品,鮮花及指定報紙。
14. Maintains the par stock of menus and advertising collaterals in the restaurant.
維持菜單內菜品可供應并推銷附加產品。
15. Takes note of anniversaries, birthdays, special dates for guests, inputs missing information into the Property Management System and constantly seeks new ways to blow away guests in collaboration with colleagues and management.
記錄客人的紀念日、生日、特殊節日,將缺少的信息錄入客戶管理系統,并通過與團隊成員的管理協作不斷尋求新的方式和想法讓賓客感到驚喜。。
16. Prepares food tags card, according to prescribed standard.
根據既定標準,準備自助餐菜牌。
17. Reports to the Team Leader at the start of shift to receive necessary instructions for the shift, side duties assigned, table reservations, menu changes, special menus, availability of food and beverages and guest comments.
交接班時向主管匯報或獲取需要交接的事宜,包含工作任務分配、預定數、菜單更改、特供菜單、食品酒水庫存及賓客反饋。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
擁有酒店工作經驗(特別是奢華品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
接受過酒店專業的培訓。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能夠流暢的使用普通話或英語進行對話。
Having good communication skills.
良好的溝通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正確應用基本電腦系統。
Minimum 1 years F&B experience?for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.
擁有至少1年及以上國際奢華品牌或聯號五星級酒店餐飲部工作經驗。
