崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
The Role 崗位職責(zé):
1. Monitor and maintain adequate par levels of all housekeeping supplies, including guest amenities, cleaning chemicals, and operational items.
監(jiān)控并維護(hù)客房部所有物品的庫存標(biāo)準(zhǔn),包括客用品、清潔劑及運(yùn)營物品。
2. Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages or overstocking.
定期進(jìn)行庫存檢查,確保庫存準(zhǔn)確,防止短缺或積壓。
3. Coordinate with suppliers and the Procurement department for timely replenishment of items.
與供應(yīng)商及采購部協(xié)調(diào),確保物品及時(shí)補(bǔ)貨。
4. Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
根據(jù)采購訂單和送貨單,接收、檢查并核對所有到貨物品。
5. Issue supplies to housekeeping team members as per requests, ensuring proper documentation.
根據(jù)需求向客房部員工發(fā)放物品,并確保記錄完整。
6. Maintain a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system to minimize waste and expiry.
采用先進(jìn)先出原則,減少浪費(fèi)和過期。
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all stock movements in the system.
在系統(tǒng)中維護(hù)所有庫存流動的準(zhǔn)確記錄。
8. Assist in preparing monthly inventory reports and consumption analysis.
協(xié)助準(zhǔn)備月度庫存報(bào)告及消耗分析。
9. Report discrepancies, damages, or expired items to the supervisor promptly.
及時(shí)向上級報(bào)告庫存差異、損壞或過期物品。
10. Monitor usage patterns and suggest cost-saving measures where applicable.
監(jiān)控使用情況,提出可行的成本節(jié)約建議。
11. Support sustainability initiatives by tracking and reducing single-use item consumption.
支持可持續(xù)發(fā)展計(jì)劃,追蹤并減少一次性物品的使用。
12. Ensure proper storage conditions to maintain product quality and safety.
確保存儲環(huán)境符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn),維護(hù)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和安全。
13. Liaise with Housekeeping supervisors and team members to understand supply needs and adjust orders accordingly.
與客房部主管及員工溝通,了解供應(yīng)需求并相應(yīng)調(diào)整訂單。
14. Work closely with the Finance department during monthly and year-end inventories.
在月度及年度盤點(diǎn)期間與財(cái)務(wù)部密切合作。
15. Communicate any stock-related issues or concerns to the Housekeeping management.
向客房部管理層匯報(bào)任何與庫存相關(guān)的問題或關(guān)注點(diǎn)。
16. Ensure all chemicals and hazardous materials are stored safely and labeled correctly.
確保所有化學(xué)品和危險(xiǎn)品安全存放并正確標(biāo)識。
17. Follow hotel policies and procedures regarding inventory management and safety standards.
遵守酒店關(guān)于庫存管理和安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的政策和程序。
18. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store room at all times.
始終保持庫房的整潔和有序。
19. Assist in training new team members on storekeeping procedures and systems.
協(xié)助培訓(xùn)新員工關(guān)于庫房管理流程和系統(tǒng)的操作。
20. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.
完成客房部主管或經(jīng)理交辦的其他相關(guān)工作。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort (preferably luxury brands)
擁有酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(特別是奢華品牌的酒店)
Have professional training in hospitality industry
有過專業(yè)化的訓(xùn)練
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently
能夠流暢的使用普通話或英語進(jìn)行對話
Having good communication skills
良好的溝通能力
Able to operate basic computer skills
