崗位職責/職位描述
The Role 崗位職責：
1. Follow proper payroll and key procedures; follow proper procedures and keep to strict time management; receive and deliver information promptly and accurately.
遵循考勤及鑰匙管理流程；遵守標準流程，嚴格時間管理；及時準確接收與傳遞信息。
2. Provide information and assistance to Resort guests, be familiar with all services and hours; escort guests to and from Pool & Gym politely; handle guest complaints about facilities/environment by comforting, reporting to SPA Supervisor, and following up.
為客人提供信息與協助，熟悉酒店所有服務及營業時間；禮貌陪同客人往返泳池及健身房；處理客人關于設施/環境的投訴（安撫、上報水療主管、跟進反饋）。
3. Ensure Pool & Gym decoration and ambience meet standards; complete locker room preparation before daily operation (disinfect lockers, replenish towels/slippers, arrange vanity items, remove floor water stains).
確保泳池及健身房陳設與環境達標；每日營業前完成更衣室準備（消毒、補充浴巾/拖鞋、整理梳妝臺、清除地面水漬）。
4. Coordinate shift handover to keep area clean with no blind spots; assist Housekeeping with deep cleaning (sinks, counters, floors, showers, bathtubs, steam rooms); keep linen and inventory room organized.
協調班次交接，保持區域整潔無死角；協助客房部深度清潔（洗手臺、臺面、地面、淋浴、浴缸、蒸汽房）；保持布草及庫房整齊有序。
5. Plan ahead for fresh flowers and supplies; receive goods from stores and deliver safely to Pool & Gym.
提前準備鮮花及物資；從倉庫領取物資并安全送至泳池及健身房。
6. Work closely with Engineering for preventative maintenance and proper equipment care to limit downtime; report malfunctions promptly and accurately.
與工程部配合進行預防性保養及設備正確使用維護，減少停機；及時準確上報故障。
7. Before daily operation, check pool floor anti-slip condition (clean up standing water) and gym equipment safety (e.g., treadmill emergency stop, dumbbell rack stability); report abnormalities immediately.
每日營業前檢查泳池地面防滑（清理積水）及健身房器材安全（如跑步機急停、啞鈴架穩定性），發現異常立即上報。
8. Respond properly to any emergency or unsafe situation; take care to prevent injuries to self and others; identify and report hazards.
正確應對任何緊急或不安全情況；注意避免自身及他人受傷；識別并上報安全隱患。
9. Work as a team to ensure effective operation of Pool & Gym; ensure proper closing procedures are followed at end of day.
團隊協作確保泳池及健身房高效運營；確保每日結束時按流程閉店。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求：
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
擁有酒店工作經驗(特別是奢華品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
接受過酒店專業的培訓。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能夠流暢的使用普通話或英語進行對話。
Having good communication skills.
良好的溝通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正確應用基本電腦系統。
Minimum 1 years?Gym?experience?for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.
擁有至少1年及以上國際奢華品牌或聯號五星級酒店健身房工作經驗。
