崗位職責/職位描述
The Role 崗位職責:
1. Follow proper attendance, payroll and key control procedures; adhere to standard operating procedures and strict time management; perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.
遵循考勤、工資及鑰匙管理標準流程;遵守崗位操作流程,嚴格執行時間管理;完成管理層安排的其他合理工作任務。
2. Ensure the safety and security of guests using the pool; monitor area at all times to prevent drowning, slipping, equipment failure; activate emergency response plan for abnormalities; actively patrol and stop dangerous behaviors (chasing, diving, non-swimming zones); contact security if needed.
保障使用泳池客人的人身安全;全程監控區域,預防溺水、滑倒、設施故障等事故;發現異常立即啟動應急預案(如拋擲救生圈、呼叫支援);主動巡視并制止客人危險行為(追逐、跳水、非游泳區活動);必要時聯系安保協助。
3. In case of guest drowning or sudden illness, implement CPR immediately, call 120, report supervisor, submit written report within 24 hours; respond appropriately during resort emergencies or unsafe situations.
發生客人溺水或突發疾病時,立即實施CPR等急救措施,同步撥打120并上報主管,24小時內提交書面事故報告;在酒店緊急或不安全情況下做出正確應對。
4. Check and record pool water pH and chlorine levels daily; maintain good understanding of pool operation, water quality and safety standards.
每日檢查并記錄泳池水質PH值與含氯量;熟悉泳池運營、水質管理及安全標準。
Cooperate with Engineering for preventive maintenance (life-saving equipment, pool circulation system); report and record malfunctions immediately; properly care for and use equipment to minimize downtime; ensure department supplies and equipment are in good functional condition; report equipment malfunctions promptly and accurately.
配合工程部進行設施設備預防性維護(如救生器材、泳池循環系統巡檢);發現故障立即上報并記錄;正確使用與保養設備,減少故障停機;確保部門物資與設備狀態良好、正常可用;及時、準確上報設備故障。
5. Work as a team to ensure smooth efficient operation; assist colleagues for full coverage; receive and communicate information clearly and promptly; remain polite, calm and professional; perform duties safely to prevent injury to self and others.
積極團隊協作,確保泳池區域高效平穩運營;協助同事,確保服務覆蓋全面、響應高效;及時、準確接收與傳遞信息;始終保持禮貌、沉穩與專業;安全執行工作,避免自身及他人受傷。
6. Maintain and enforce safety standards and procedures with all team members.
與團隊共同維護并執行安全標準與操作流程。
7. Attend monthly lifesaving drills and training.
參加酒店月度救生演習與培訓。
8. Complete and submit daily maintenance and operation records; assist in hotel activities and event programs as required.
完成并提交每日維護與運營記錄;按要求協助酒店各類活動項目開展。
9. Good English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) are an advantage; good communication and organizational skills.
具備良好英語溝通能力者優先;良好的溝通能力與組織協調能力。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
擁有酒店工作經驗(特別是奢華品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
接受過酒店專業的培訓。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能夠流暢的使用普通話或英語進行對話。
Having good communication skills.
良好的溝通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正確應用基本電腦系統。
Minimum 3 years Pool experience?for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.
擁有至少3年及以上國際奢華品牌或聯號五星級酒店泳池工作經驗。
