崗位職責/職位描述

The Role 崗位職責:

1. Responsible for full-process cost control during the hotel's pre-opening and operation phases, strictly implementing the state-owned assets management requirements of the SASAC, establishing and improving cost control systems and procedures, and ensuring compliant use of state-owned assets.
負責酒店籌備期+運營期全流程成本管控,嚴格落實國資委國有資產管理要求,搭建完善成本管控制度與流程,保障國有資產合規使用。

2. Coordinate the procurement price verification, receiving and inspection, physical inventory, and initial bookkeeping of fixed assets and operational supplies during the pre-opening phase; standardize asset coding and ledger management to ensure consistency between physical assets and accounts.
統籌籌備期固定資產、運營物資采購核價、收貨驗收、實物盤點、初始建賬入賬工作,規范資產編碼、臺賬管理,實現賬實相符、賬賬相符。

3. Manage the full-process control of daily goods receiving, warehousing, requisition, and inventory during the operation phase; regularly conduct complete and spot checks of assets and supplies; promptly handle surpluses and shortages to prevent asset loss and waste.
負責運營期日常物資收貨、入庫、領用、盤點全流程管控,定期開展資產及物資全盤、抽盤,及時處理盤盈盤虧,防范資產流失與浪費。

4.Oversee the full lifecycle management of fixed assets, standardize processes for depreciation, maintenance, transfer, and scrapping; implement daily control measures to improve asset utilization efficiency.
負責固定資產全生命周期管理,規范資產折舊、維保、調撥、報廢流程,做好后期日常管控,提升資產使用效率。

5. Liaise with various hotel departments, establish departmental cost control standards, implement daily refined cost control, accurately calculate operating costs, produce cost analysis reports, and promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
對接酒店各部門,制定部門成本管控標準,落實日常成本精細化管控,精準核算各項運營成本,出具成本分析報表,推進降本增效工作。

6. Prepare the hotel's cost budget, monitor budget implementation, analyze cost variances and make corrective improvements; cooperate with state-owned asset inspections and internal/external audits, providing complete cost and asset documentation.
編制酒店成本預算,監控預算執行情況,分析成本差異并整改優化;配合國資檢查、內外部審計,提供完整成本及資產資料。

7.Manage the cost control team, ensure job responsibilities are fulfilled, communicate cost control concepts, and enhance the team's professional capabilities.
管理成本管控團隊,落實崗位工作,傳導成本管控理念,提升團隊專業能力。


Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance, accounting, hotel management or related fields; hold a junior or higher accounting professional title; at least 5 years of experience in hotel cost control, including at least 3 years of management experience in the same position.
本科及以上學歷,財會、酒店管理相關專業,持有初級及以上會計職稱,5年以上酒店成本管控工作經驗,3年以上同崗位管理經驗。

2. Possess complete pre-opening experience in a hotel; proficient in the entire process of fixed assets and operational supplies receiving, inventory, bookkeeping, post-management, and daily cost control across departments.
具備酒店完整籌備期工作經驗,精通固定資產、運營物資收貨盤點、建賬入賬、后期管理及各部門日常成本管控全流程。

3. Familiar with state-owned enterprise financial compliance and relevant state-owned asset management policies; skilled in using financial software and hotel office systems; strong abilities in cost accounting, data analysis, and risk control.
熟悉國企財務合規、國有資產管理相關政策,熟練使用財務軟件及酒店辦公系統,具備較強的成本核算、數據分析、風險把控能力。

4. Strong sense of principle, rigor, attention to detail, high sense of responsibility; excellent cross-departmental communication, coordination, and team management skills; strictly adhere to the confidentiality system of state-owned enterprises.
原則性強、嚴謹細致,責任心重,具備良好的跨部門溝通協調及團隊管理能力,嚴守國企財務保密制度。

5. Familiar with hotel operation processes and market conditions of various supplies and assets; candidates with experience in the same position at a state-owned hotel are preferred.
熟悉酒店運營流程及各類物資、資產市場行情,有國資背景酒店同崗位工作經驗者優先。
