2、 全面負責酒店貴賓接待工作。
3、協(xié)調(diào)酒店各部門做好貴賓接待準備工作 。
4、負責在酒店大堂區(qū)域與貴賓溝通工作：包括迎送，回答貴賓咨詢等 。
5、對客戶進行重點關(guān)注，保持良好的溝通，全權(quán)負責有效會員的招募和信息錄入準確率等相關(guān)工作。
