Duties & Responsibilities：

Be familiar with the extension numbers of the Hotel departments and managers in order to provide timely transfer of telephone calls accordingly.
熟悉酒店各部門的分機(jī)號碼以便準(zhǔn)確快速的轉(zhuǎn)接電話。
Ensure good telephone etiquette is observed at all times; Speak clearly and unhurriedly at all times and listens carefully when speaking over the telephone to ensure no miscommunication throughout each conversation. Repeat all messages to callers to confirm accuracy of the message at all times.
隨時保持良好的電話禮儀，講話清晰，語速適中，在通話中認(rèn)真傾聽，避免誤解。所有留言都需要重復(fù)客人的內(nèi)容，保證留言的準(zhǔn)確性。
Ensure that telephone charging system is checked regularly for successful transfer of telephone charges for all telephone calls made, reporting any abnormality to Service Centre Manager.
定期檢查電話計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng)，保證計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)作，如有任何異常情況，及時報(bào)告給服務(wù)中心經(jīng)理。
Master and execute the hotel standard greetings with warmth and friendliness for all internal and external telephone connections.
按照酒店電話禮儀標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，熱情友好地接聽所有內(nèi)外部電話。
Completed other duties as assigned.

Minimum3 years' college education.
大學(xué)專科學(xué)歷。
Good command of communication and coordination.
良好的人際關(guān)系和溝通技巧。
Good oral English proficiency and telephone etiquette, pleasant and clear 'telephone voice' and good comprehension skills, able to work under pressure and leadership qualities.
