崗位描述
Responsible in achieving the room and catering sales objectives of his/her markets and business segments. Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base of his/her responsibility through Customer Relationship Management. Maintains and updates sales records manually and electronically as required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Constant customer contact directed towards existing customers and potential customers.
與既有的客戶和潛在的客戶及合作伙伴保持密切的聯系。
2. Identifies and handles sales leads effectively and efficiently.
高效認知和掌握銷售線索。
3. Represents the hotel and participates in domestic and international sales activities.
代表飯店參加國際及國內的銷售活動。
4. Creative contribution to product and sales development.
發揮創造力,為酒店的產品及部門做出應有的貢獻。
5. Fulfills Customer Relationship Management responsibilities and sales goals for defined customers through planned customer interviews.
仔細計劃與客戶的會面,對預定的客戶實施客戶關系管理,完成銷售目標。
6. During sales calls, carries out in accordance with corporate and divisional guidelines.
在銷售拜訪的活動中,按照集團和區域的集團規定實施銷售。
7. Monitors and reports on market and competition within own market segment.
在所負責的市場區域內,監視和報告市場及競爭者的情況。
8. Prepares and updates customer management reports and ensures all necessary follow up work is carried out on time.

9. Active distribution of product information and creates awareness in the markets and business segments or responsibility.

10. Participates in planning and realization of sales campaigns together with Assistant Director of Sales within defined market segments.
在所負責的區域內,與銷售副總監一起計劃銷售攻勢,并確保其實現。
11. Active participation and submission of reports at sales meetings. Keep in touch with hotel closely.
主動參與,完成各種銷售報告。與酒店保持密切聯系。
12. Assists in planning and coordinating sales activities and events.
協助計劃和配合銷售活動。
13. Managers account base and maintains all customer information up to date manually and electronically.
管理客戶檔案數據庫。手工或以電腦更新客戶檔案。
14. Undertakes tasks as and when requested to fulfill the marketing and sales objectives of hotel. Handling new inquiry of his/her market and follow up.

15. Abides by the DMH Employee Handbook.

16. Abides by both the hotel policies and procedures.

18. Carries out other tasks as directed by the Assistant Director of Sales.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
任職資格

1. Articulate.
表達力強
2. Oral and written fluency in English.
熟練的英語口語及書面表達能力
3. Knowledge and experience in Internet and other major computer programs.
掌握使用互聯網及其它主要電腦系統的知識。
4. Ability to use Sales and Front Office computer systems.
掌握應用銷售及前臺的電腦系統。
5. Knowledge in Corporate, Travel Industry, CI & M and Catering sales.
了解商務旅游、旅游業國際市場,會議旅游及餐飲銷售。
6. Ability and understanding of the market and competition, develop new customers.
能夠掌握和理解市場和競爭,拓展開發新客戶。
7. Min 2-3 years’ experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
在國際連鎖飯店集團擔任類似的工作崗位,具有2~3年的經驗。
