To  work with the F&B team to ensure achievement of strategic departmental goals,  especially in the area of guest satisfaction. To be prepared to work flexible  shifts at designated area to create a fully multi skilled and productive Food  and Beverage team. Prepare  and service beverages for servers and guests in a speedy, efficient,  friendly, and professional manner.  與餐飲部團隊一起確保實現部門目標,特別是為酒吧客人提供滿意的服務。具有工作中所需的各種知識和技能并能夠適應不同的班次安排。以專業的態度制作飲品以保證服務員服務客人的速度和效率。            


JOB  RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責           


Customer and Colleague Experience  賓客服務  ·            

Ensures the  delivery exceptional guest service at all times.  確保所有員工始終提供優異的對客服務。  ·          

Provide  engaged  確保與客人之間有良好互動。  ·          

Handles all  guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and  efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved  satisfactorily.  禮貌而高效地處理所有客人和內部客人的投訴和詢問,確保問題得到圓滿解決。  ·          

Maintains  positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.  與客人和同事保持基于良好工作關系的互動接觸。  ·

Deliver high  quality of engagement and service to guests  傳送高水平對客服務。  ·

Operational  營運  ·          

Ensures that  minimum brand standards have been implemented.  確保貫徹執行酒店最基本的品牌標準。  ·          

Responds to the  results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are  implemented.  對于客戶調查結果做出回應并落實相應的改善措施。  ·          

Presents menu/ drinks  list, answers enquiries and makes suggestions regarding food, beverage and  service to guests.  以支持和靈活的態度與其他員工緊密合作,著眼于整個酒店的成功和酒店客人的滿意度。  ·          

Takes orders  and serves food and beverage to guest according to the established sequence  and procedures  .根據所定的程序接受點菜并為客人服務食品及飲料。  ·          

Knowledge of  all POS and cashiering functions  熟悉操作POS終端以及和收銀相關的功能。  ·          

Ensures all  food and beverage items, equipment and other facilities in the Outlet are  maintained according to the Departmental Operation Manual requirements.  根據部門營運指南要求確保部門內所有餐飲物品、設備和其他設施得到妥善保管和維護 Proficient and  knowledge of all menus to include our selection of Food, Beverage, Beer,  Wine, spirits and cocktails.  熟練掌握菜單并能介紹其選擇包括食品,酒水,啤酒,葡萄酒,烈酒和雞尾酒。  

Up-sells  beverage to increase the revenue.  促銷飲品以提高營業收入。  ·          

Reports any  difficulties or problem to Superior / Assistant Manager for solution or follow  up actions.  向餐廳領班/副理報告所有困難及問題,以便跟進和解決。  ·          

Maintains par  stocks of beverages and guest supplies.  保證所有酒水和客用品的標準庫存量。  ·          

Prepares  mis-en-place according to the requirement and operation needs.  確保根據要求和運作需要做好餐前準備工作。  ·        

Clears and  resets counters or tables.  清潔并重新擺設餐臺或餐桌。  ·          

Prepares and  serves Cocktail as requested as per trained technique and provided recipes。根據所接收的培訓知識和要求準備及服務雞尾酒。  ·          

Ensures all  beverage stock are kept in the proper storage under the appropriate  temperature.  在特別推廣或活動期間,根據活動主題協助餐廳的擺臺和裝飾。  ·          

Ensures all  glasses are clean and well polished.  確保所有杯具的

光亮、潔凈。  ·          

Assists in Bar  stock inventory and maintains an accurate inventory record.  協助對酒吧的盤點并保持準確的盤點記錄。  ·          Performs the  function of cashier as required.  下單補充各酒吧飲品。  ·          

Verifies cash  received ensuring only genuine money been collected.  核對收取的現金,確保所收現金都是真鈔。  ·         Verifies all  credit cards presented by guest before to validity of the card.   核對所有客人呈交信用卡,確保所有信用卡都在有效期內。  

Strictly  adheres to all policies and procedures issued by the Finance with regard to  cashiering and cash handling.  嚴格遵守財務部發出的關于收銀及現金處理的政策和程序。        

Other Duties  其他  ·            

Exercises responsible management and behavior  at all times and positively representing the hotel management team.   在任何時間表現負責的管理和行為,并以積極的形象代表酒店管理團隊。  ·           Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and  Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the hotel's policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.  理解并嚴格遵守員工手冊中的規章制度以及涉及到消防、衛生、健康和安全的酒店政策。  

Ensures high standards of personal  presentation and grooming.   確保高標準的個人形象和儀容儀表。  ·          

 Maintains strong, professional relationships  with relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and  other organizations. 與競爭酒店、商業伙伴和其他組織的相關代表保持強而專業的關系來往。  ·          

Attends training sessions and meetings as and  when required.  需要時參加培訓課程和會議。  ·            

Carries out any other reasonable duties and  responsibilities as assigned.  執行分派的任何合理任務和額外職責。
