崗位職責/職位描述

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責

1.Check and update the guest booking information, and provide the corresponding service;

? 檢查和更新預抵客人的預訂信息,并安排相應的服務;

2.Process and handle all telephone calls, faxes, e-mail, internet and other ways of room reservation booking, also to ensure accurate entry to the OPERA system;

? 處理電話、傳真、電子郵件、網絡等不同渠道發送的房間預訂信息,并確保訂房信息準確的錄入到酒店系統;

3.To review and improvement of the existing operation procedures so as to provide timely, efficient service and accurate information for the hotel internal and external customers, while maintaining employee satisfaction;

? 不斷改進現有的操作規程來為酒店內部和外部客人提供及時、有效的服務和準確的信息,同時保持員工的滿意度;

4.To provide assistance to other team members when they encounter any difficulty in handling calls or other issues;

? 當部門其他成員接聽電話或其他方面遇到困難時,提供相應的及時的幫助;

5.According to the requirements, complete the assigned task;

? 根據要求,完成所分派的任務;

6.Maintain relations with various channels;

? 維護與各個渠道的關系;

7.Reasonable room control state changes, to maximize revenue;

? 合理控制房態變化,實現收益優化;

8.Monthly OTA commission review and payment;

? 月度OTA傭金的審核與支付;

9.Complete the Daily/Weekly/Monthly report;

? 完成Daily/Weekly/Monthly報表;

10.Complete department training plan;

? 完成部門培訓計劃;

11.Maintain an organized, clean and tidy work area, correct maintenance scheduled data filing work;

? 保持工作區域的整潔,正確維護預訂資料的歸檔工作;

12.Assist with the Revenue Manager in maintaining an updated and accurate profile management in OPERA;

? 協助收益經理維護、更新OPERA系統中的文檔資料;

13.Assist Revenue Manager in coordinating monthly Reservation Meeting;

? 協助收益經理開好每月一次的預訂部會議;

14.Attend the sales meeting in the absence of the Revenue Manager.

? 當收益經理缺席時,參加銷售部的例會。


JOB QUALIFICATIONS? 任職資格

1.Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company;
