崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
崗位職責(zé):
1. The ability to recommend specific wines that pair with the cuisine in the Restaurant.;

2. Monitoring and work floor wine service and execute wine service at a professional standard, based on business demand;

3. Maintenance of all hotel wine lists;
維護(hù)酒店所有的酒單;
4. Prepares daily assignments of event orders and volume of business. Inspects service personnel as to their appearance;
根據(jù)當(dāng)天的宴會(huì)單和生意情況,制定員工的每日工作,檢查員工儀容儀表;
5. Approves requisitions of all outlets ensuring that par stocks are maintained. Makes sure that adequate stock of beverage items are maintained in storerooms, and initiates necessary requisitions;
根據(jù)存貨情況,批準(zhǔn)每個(gè)部門(mén)請(qǐng)購(gòu)申請(qǐng)單.確保倉(cāng)庫(kù)中酒水飲料充足,批準(zhǔn)必須的申請(qǐng);
6. Initiates beverage purchase requisitions, memoranda, employee ratings, spoilage and breakage reports and other inter-office memoranda. Executes the general responsibilities necessary to minimize costs of operating all service units in the hotel;
批準(zhǔn)酒水采購(gòu)申請(qǐng)單,備忘錄,損耗單及其他辦公室內(nèi)部備忘錄.有義務(wù)使酒店各項(xiàng)服務(wù)的成本運(yùn)作降到最低;
7. Ensures that all wine cellars are clean, orderly, and prepared for business; checks set-up of counters, including the mise-en-place, service areas, room service and food service outlet pantries and their areas;
確保所有酒窖的干凈,有條理,可運(yùn)作;檢查柜臺(tái)的擺設(shè),包括準(zhǔn)備工作,服務(wù)區(qū)域,客房服務(wù)及食品室等;
8. Trains the wine service personnel how to handle various types of service; supervises hotel service employees in accordance with operating policies which he may help to establish;
培訓(xùn)員工的葡萄酒服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);對(duì)于其有可能參與制定的酒店運(yùn)作規(guī)則,監(jiān)督其員工實(shí)行并符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn);
9. Checks special function sheets against room set-up and personnel scheduled; may work with Restaurant Manager in scheduling service for all functions.
檢查各項(xiàng)特別活動(dòng)的人員編制和房間擺設(shè)情況;有可能與餐廳經(jīng)理協(xié)作制定各項(xiàng)晚宴的服務(wù)安排。
任職資格:
1. 1-2 years’ experience as a Sommelier in a hotel and/or restaurant setting.
有1-2年的酒店或餐廳為背景的侍酒師經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2. Certified via the Court of Master Sommelier or the WSET
持有Court of Master Sommelier或者WSET侍酒師認(rèn)證
3. 2 years of management experience in a hotel and/or restaurant setting.
至少兩年的酒店或餐廳為背景的經(jīng)理管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
