崗位職責/職位描述

崗位職責:

Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify the gap between employee’s current performance and desired performance according to hotel and department business objectives;
進行培訓需求分析,根據酒店和部門的商業目標,找出員工現實表現與期望表現之間的差距;
Monitor the reporting and collection of Guest Incidents, Quality Index, guest feedback and employee issues;
監督客人事件、質量指標、客人反饋和員工事項的匯總與報告;
Partner with managers to understand their challenge, difficulty and problem of operations;
與部門經理配合了解他們在工作執行過程中的挑戰、困難和問題;
Launch training programs according to training needs;
根據培訓需求,開展培訓項目;
Co-ordinate with the subject expert at other departments to design and deliver the training program if Learning Manager is not the subject expert;
當培訓經理不擅長某些培訓內容時,可與其它部門該方面的專家共同設計并完成培訓項目;
Get stake holder’s involvement in designing and delivering the training program.
讓其他利益相關方參與到培訓項目的設計和執行中來。
Measure the effectiveness of hotel training programs and take actions accordingly
對酒店培訓項目的效果進行評估并采取相應后續措施
Ensure all hotel training programs are evaluated by the participants;
確保參加培訓項目的人員對酒店所有培訓項目進行評估;
Co-ordinate with other department managers and supervisors to measure the effectiveness of training through post-workshop follow-up, testing skills and knowledge learned from the training workshop, observing any behavioral changes and organizational improvement;
與其他部門經理、主管一起通過培訓之后召開跟進工作坊,測評員工從培訓中學到的工作技能、知識以及觀察日常行為變化和組織績效改進來評估培訓的效果;
Make adjustment of training plan or training content according to measurement results.
根據評估結果對培訓計劃和內容進行調整。
Assist other departments in achieving their business goals through other non-training consultation and services
通過非培訓式的咨詢和服務幫助其他部門完成他們的商業目標
Improve the effectiveness of training at other departments
幫助提高其他部門的培訓效能
Build positive and long-term relations with key customers
與關鍵客戶建立長期良好的合作關系



任職資格:

1. Three years of training experience;
擁有3年以上培訓相關經驗;
2. Platform speaking experience;
擁有公開演講的經驗;
3. Human Resources working experience;
具備人事工作經驗;
4. Operations experience (preferably in hotel);
具備運營經驗(酒店經驗優先);
5. Able to develop good rapport with internal and external customers;
具備同內外部客戶建立良好的關系;
6. Able to do training needs analysis;
具備培訓需求分析的能力;
7. Able to design and develop training programs;
具備設計開發培訓項目的能力;
8. Able to facilitate training courses and meetings;
具備組織籌備培訓課程、培訓會議的能力;
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills;
掌握出色的口語和書面溝通技巧;
10. Organization and good time management skills;
具備良好的組織和時間管理技巧;
11. Understand how Human Resources practices contribute to driving business results;

12. Fluent written and oral English;

13. Excellent follow-up and documentation skills;
