崗位職責:

1. GUEST SATISFACTION
客人滿意
? Upgrade guest services on a continual basis.
保持并持續不斷的提高對客服務標準。
? To ensure the ultimate comfort and cleanliness linen for all our guests, as expected.
為客人最大限度的提供客人所期望的舒適和清潔的布草。
? Support in supervising all aspects of the care, cleaning, sorting, and delivery of guest dry cleaning.
監督接受對衣物保養、清潔及分類并將干洗衣物送還給客人
? Ensure that the valet services are always timely, accurate and performed in a professional and friendly manner.
保證準時為客人提供干洗服務,正確使用專業及友好的交流方式
? Ensure service and production is provided in the proper manner, and with the usual high standards of a DMH. Understand, maintain and execute operational manuals and guidelines.
確保為客人所提供的產品和服務,都依附于釣魚臺美高梅酒店集團標準,保持操作的方法和高標準的統一。
2. EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION
員工滿意
? Communications with staff to seek for staff’s opinions and comments on employee satisfaction issue.
經常與員工溝通以獲得員工滿意度的建議。
? Gives feedback to the Laundry Manger on the situation of maintenance of high staff morale.
向洗衣房經理提供如何保持員工士氣的反饋。
? Actively participates in the organization of all staff activities.
積極參與酒店組織的各項員工活動。
? Actively participates in the Employee Opinion Survey and provides suggestions for actions to improve the scores.
積極參與員工意見調查并為改進工作環境提供可行性方案。
3. ADMINISTRATION
行政工作
? Ensure accurate inventory records on dry cleaning and valet supplies and equipment are kept.
準確盤記錄客衣清潔用品及設備
? Makes sure all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, and established security standards.
確保所有活動執行與部門和公司經營項目保持一致,建立安全規章制度標準
? Assist in training, motivating, and providing regular communication to the team to deliver top service with unmatched professionalism while fostering a culture of accountability.
協助培訓,激勵、定期與團隊成員交流來傳遞培養一種勇于承擔的高標準服務。
? Help recommend personnel changes in assigned areas, promotion, demotion, and vacations, leaves of absence and release of staff.
協助完成部門人事變更,晉升、 降級,休假、曠工及解雇員工。
4. OPERATION MANAGEMENT
部門運作管理
? Be educated, proactively train, and hold accountable staff on all safety standards and regulations regarding the use of machines, chemicals and physical safety while performing all dry cleaning and valet duties.
培養,積極主動參加培訓,有責任義務向員工解釋安全標準和使用機器規章制度,在干洗衣服時遵守化學用品使用方法與個人安全
? Assist in controlling departmental costs including labor, dry cleaning supplies, yet ensuring services rendered to the guests are of the highest standards.
協助控制部門成本包括人力,干洗清潔用品,確保達到高標準的服務
? Maintain unparalleled cleaning and preventative maintenance programs to enhance appearance and life of all dry cleaning and valet items, fixtures and equipment.
制作無危害安全清潔及防護檢修計劃表加強客衣外觀、延長干洗物品及衣服壽命,固定裝置及設施設備壽命。
? Support the cleaning program to ensure top quality standards in training, performance, procedures, and productivity pertaining to all valet and dry cleaning services.
實施清潔計劃、客衣及干洗服務確保高質量培訓標準,操作程序和工作效率
? Ensure that areas of responsibility are running efficient and effective at all times. Proper utilization of resources is a must.
任何時候保證所有區域高效率運作,適當利用資源
? Communicates with partnering departments and peers to achieve superior customer satisfaction and efficient utilization of manpower and facilities.
與部門合作伙伴、同事溝通提高客人滿意度,有效使用人力和設施設備
5. COMMUNICATION
溝通與交流
? Counsels employees on job related issues and where necessary on items of personal nature.
與員工進行與工作有關的溝通。
? Keep open communication with Housekeeping Manager.
與部門經理保持暢通的溝通
? Maintains close work relationships with other departments and their leaders to promote feedback, cross training and efficient operations.
其它部門、上司保持密切工作合作關系,促進反饋,交叉培訓與高效率運作
6. STAFF RECOGNITION & PARTICIPATION
員工認可與參與
? Organizes staff party.
組織員工聚會。
? Organizes other staff activities.
組織其它員工活動。
7. SAFETY & HYGIENE
安全與衛生
? Establish safe working conditions and practices. Ensure proper cleanliness in all areas. Require staff to wear proper apparel at all times.
為員工建立安全的工作練習環境,確保所轄區域清潔整齊,并隨時確保員工穿著適當。
? Administer inspection of the facility, services and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure they are uncompromised.
檢查設備,服務設施區域確保它們無危害安全
? Saving energy according to the standard of ISO 14001.
按照ISO14001標準的要求,注意節能環保。
? Performs other duties as maybe assigned by Management from time to time.
完成部門交辦的其他工作。

6. 2 years as Senior Laundry Attendant in a similar size hotel.
