崗位職責/職位描述

崗位職責:

1. GUEST SATISFACTION
客人滿意
Ensures forwarding and receiving of all information pertaining to the department in order to maintain set standards and achieve guest satisfaction
確保接收與跟進有關本部門的一切信息,以便維持設立的標準和獲得客人的滿意
Receives, records, and transmits guest requests accurately
準確地接收、記錄及傳達客人的要求
Makes suggestion to the EH on the improvement of guest service.
為執行客房總監提供合理化建議以改進對客人的服務。
Maintain current Hotel information to be able to provide information to guests
了解酒店的信息以便為客人提供信息服務。

2. ADMINISTRATION
行政工作
Attends meetings and training sessions as required
根據要求參加會議和培訓課程。
Adheres to Housekeeping standards and procedures and enforces same
Implements department procedures and policies as needed
根據需要貫徹執行部門的程序和政策。

3. OPERATION
部門運作
Responsible for entering accurate room status into computer daily and investigate discrepancies
負責將正確的房態輸入電腦并分析房態差異。
Is multi-skilled as a Room Attendant as well as other areas of Housekeeping
客房服務員和客房的其它區域的職員都應具備較強的工作技能
Understands the hotel’s facilities, products and services
了解酒店的設施設備、產品及服務。
Implements department procedures and policies as needed
根據需要貫徹執行部門的程序和政策。
To responsible for manage room key
負責管理客房鑰匙
Submitting same to Duty Manager noting any discrepancies and file copy.
向值班遞交任何差異房態并復印存放

4. COMMUNICATION
溝通與交流
Keep open communication with Housekeeping Secretory and Housekeeping Manager.
與客房部秘書和客房經理保持暢通的溝通

5. SAFETY & HYGIENE
安全與衛生
Maintains working area and equipment in a proper state of cleanliness and repair
對工作區域進行維護,并保證設備處于潔及維護的良好狀況。
Keep the work area and material clean and tidy.
保持個人工作區域和材料的干凈和整潔。
Performs other duties as maybe assigned by Management from time to time.
完成總經理或駐店經理交辦的其他工作。


任職資格:

1.Neat and pleasant appearance.

4.1 year as Room Attendant in a similar size hotel.
